Description: the person has a TV head that is used to broadcast sounds and images. It can produce a hypnosis style imagery and can use certain sounds and frequencies to disable opponents. This quirk wouldn't be suitable for rescue against environment but rather against villains.
Weakness: water related quirks and water
Drawbacks: after an over usage of the quirk the user will experience "blackouts" where the screen will go black. They can suffer from temporary hearing loss from frequencies as well.
Place in society: more likely a villain but could be a vigilante of sorts
Add-ons: an accessory of a plug but in the place to seem tail like, maybe to charge their quirk up more? Antennas would be neat, buttons or dials on the tv?
