You walk into divination class, trying to remember the reasons you are actually bothered getting up for this, instead of drowing yourself in a bathtub of bleach. You take your seat and slump your head on the table with heavey eyes, before the professor puts a crystal ball in front of you slightly waking you up as you glare at him. You tap your sharp nails repetitively on the glass, as the lesson begins. "boring boring and more boring" you think to yourself, ready to get up and leave as the professor mutters on about our pointless futures. Its been 20 minutes and it feels like you've wasted half of your day.

"oh mr. riddle thank you for finally joining us, would you care to explain your tardiness" the teacher says as you notice tom walking in boldly, but yet somehow not bringing any attention. Tom just stares at him, before taking his seat beside you. "well this should be an interesting story, that I don't really care about hearing" you say with a smirk. "well after you pissed off last night when I was researching, seeing as you were of no help, I still had a few last minute things to read up on...and by the way, don't ever walk away from me like that again" he said with an angry expression. "why chase you when im the catch" you say seductively. "that doesn't even make sense" he says narrowing his eyes. "shut up" you say folding your arms on the desk and burying your head in them. "you know I think I liked this class before you started attending" he said lifting his eyebrows as he inspected the glass. "please im the only reason youre in this class" you say not even bothering to look at him.

You hear the shuffling sounds of your professor approaching your desk and they suddenly stop. "what" you say grumpily through a muffled voice. "would you like to do your reading now" they ask. "no not particularly" you say looking up and giving a bitchy smile. "well that's fabulous, why don't you give it a try" they suggest. "did this bitch not hear me" you think to yourself before rolling your eyes and finally giving it a try. As you gaze into it your teacher does the same, and you see a black smoke arise, almost sucking you into it. "youre going to be summonded into something, something dark" your teacher announces. "by someone you've grown close to" they follow. You look over at tom and bite your top, before looking back at the professor with a half smile. "thank you" you said in a way that he took the hint and left you alone. You laughed to yourself, a little too loudly and looked down, reaching for your bag. "whats with the giggles" tom grunts. "don't worry about it, I was just realizing that divination might not be totally wrong" you say getting up to leave. "well that's just stupid" he says widening his eyes. "see you later" you say with a grin as you run a hand through your hair and walk out, knowing his eyes follow as you leave.

You walk out with a clouded mind, knowing exactly where you should go. You approach the stone wall and check around to see if anyone is watching you. Spirals begin to form and a door is created. The Room of Requirement. I mean where better to hide your diary. You go inside and find it at the desk and you begin to write.

"dear diary, lets take a little detour through divination. I know what I believe, futuristic stuff is crap, but it was blatantly obvious. The black smoke, the fortune, im not in awe or anything. Riddle is the total type to suck somebody into his fucked up voodoo, but then again so am I. I don't know what it is that draws me to him, but all I can say is that if im going to deal with someones bullshit for the rest of my life its going to be his. Ew I cant belive I said that, I have to go before I start scaring myself".

You shut the journal and put it back in its place, before leaving the space. You exit and check that the coast is clear. With the time on your hands to kill, you wandered off to the dark forest for some peace.

The light was dimming, as you got lost in the atmosphere. The trees immersing you into their shadows,as wind gusted by. Leaves crunched underneath, but the kind of crunch that felt like someone elses footsteps. Before you could turn around the body pushed you against the nearby tree. It was riddle. "how cute my very own stalker" you say panting as he presses your shoulderblades into the tree. "what did you see" he said in a huff as you felt his body weight compressed on you. "what did you see in the crystal ball". He looked deep into your soul as if this was the most important question he has ever asked. You paused and kept eye contact with him before speaking "you, I saw you, your face, through the smoke. I didn't say anything to the teacher, but the minute they told me the vision I saw you". He paused and slightly smiled. "You don't look surprised" you say to him.

"it worked y/n, I wasn't going to say anything until I knew for sure, but I had the strongest feeling" he responds. "what are you talking about" you ask.

"y/n I think you can gather from what you know that I don't trust many people, and I knew it would be hard to find someone that I could trust. Youre like me y/n, and I knew you were the right person, but I couldn't get ahead of myself, I had to wait for you to see it. I knew that if you were to see the prophecy, Only then would I be able to trust you, and when I asked you what you saw, I knew that it would only be fulfilled if you told me" he explained. You felt like he had just open up the gates to his soul, and it was inviting. "was this some sort of test" you responded with. "It will be, but I need to know that your serious about this".

He was almost vague, but you could piece everything together. "when do we start" you say without looking overly intruiged. He stepped towards you, grabbed you by the hand and whispered "now" as he grabbed out his wand and yelled "CRUCIO" .
