Elsa'sP.O.V.:

I woke up in my bed which was strange because last thing I remembered was falling asleep in the armchair in the living room. My eyes hurt, ached and everything was very blurry. Great, my eyes were having a funny turn. I reached over to my bedside table and picked up my glasses. I slipped them on and blinked a few times, my eyes adjusting to the sudden clarity. I sat up and looked around. I was still in my jeans and t-shirt, on my bed with the curtains drawn, and all the lights off. I looked at my digital alarm clock, the red LED lights messing with my bad eyes. The time read 6:57 am. I had slept for seventeen hours straight. That has to be some kind of record. I swung my legs out of bed and went into my bathroom. I switched the lights on and looked at myself in the mirror. I was starting to get used to the short hair and I thought that the glasses kinda made the look better. I turned the shower on and waited for it to heat up. I changed into a towel and left my glasses on until the last minute because I didn't want to get a headache from my eyes. When the water was ready I got in the shower. When I was finished, I got out and towel dried myself off. I went back into my room wrapped in a towel, and picked out my clothes. I chose some black skinny jeans and a Dan And Phil Shop "The Cat Whiskers come from within" t-shirt. I also picked out some mis-matching black socks and black Vans. I blow dried and straightened my hair. I did my make-up and picked out a black Jack Wills hoodie. I went downstairs and got a fruit salad for breakfast. It was 7:15 am now, and when I ate my salad I went outside and sat on the front step. I watched the clouds drift by and felt myself start slipping into an existential crisis. I shook my head and a black cat sidled up to me. I held my hand out and the cat nudged my hand. I stroked her head and she began to purr. A name whispered in the corners of my mind. Louise. "Louise." I said out loud. The cat's ears pricked up. I laughed and said "The's my middle name." I rubbed her ears and she clambered onto my lap. Louise curled up on my lap, I stroked her back and she purred. I smiled. Well I guessed I had a cat now. I heard the door open behind me. I stayed stroking Louise. Someone came and sat next to me. I looked to see who it was. It was Jack, my soon to be Juncto. "Who's your new friend?"he asked. I looked at him and my heart leaped. He had messy but sexy bed hair and he was wearing brown skinny jeans and a dark blue hoodie. His eyes glistened with new-day energy and his face was fresh. I surpressed that feeling and said, "My new cat Louise." He smiled and stroked Louise's head. She purred. She could sense that we were going to be Juncto, so she was already warming up to Jack. He rested his hand ontop of her head and looked at me, his eyes sparkling with wonder. "You're wearing your glasses. You haven't worn those since we first met." I twitched the edges and said, " Yeah, my eyes are playing up, so it looks like it's glasses for a few weeks." He smiled. "Ya' know, personally, I think you look better with the glasses, especially now with the new hair." I smiled. Our eyes locked and all I could do was stare into his eyes. His, dazzling, beautiful, captivating ice-blue eyes. I felt a bubble of love float into my chest and all I wanted to do was kiss him. This thought scared me and I dropped his gaze, bursting the bubble. "So, Juncto. That's kinda scary. Why don't you join with Punzie? You seemed to be getting along just fine yesterday." He sighed and ran his hands through his hair. He leaned back a little with his hands resting ontop of his head. His hoodie rode up a little, exposing soem of his alabaster white skin, and his sloping hip bones. "Wanna know why I asked you and not Punzie?" he asked. I nodded. " Well, it's because I didn't feel the connection with her as I did with you. I kissed her yesterday as an experiment to see if I felt the explosion of sensations with her as I did with you." He looked at me, his eyes dazzling me. "Did you?" I asked. "No. Not even close." He explained. He leaned closer to me, his back arching a little, his face relaxing. I started to lean in, but I came to my senses and put my hand on his chest. I sighed and put my head on his chest. "You know, why I can't do this right?" "Yeah." He said, he put his arms around me and I wrapped my arms around his waist. He held me and I felt safe. I pulled away and looked at the time. It was 7:35 am. We had been talking for twenty minutes. "Come on,"I said, clapping Jack on the shoulder,"we need to get ready for the ceremony." He nodded and we went inside. Lousie was curled up, asleep in my arms. She burrowed her face into my chest and I held her closer. Jack went into the living room which was going to serve as the Juncto Ceremony room. Jack was setting up the alter with the silver goblet and the knife. He was sorting everything out in there and I was sorting things out in the after Juncto training. Hiccup was sitting on the stairs, wearing dark brown  skinny jeans, a green long sleeved shirt and his dark brown military boots, brushing up on the enchantment. Punzie and Meri were sorting out some kind of announcment to make to our families and fellow Guardian teams via some kind of forum? I have no idea. I started walking up the stairs, taking Lou to my room. I ruffled Hic's shaggy brown hair and laughing when he brushed me off. I went into my room and laid Lou on my bed. I ruffled the soft fur on top of her head gently and left her sleeping there. I walked out and to the horses. Alec was a little jittery as he could sense that he was going to have a new half-master. So what I mean is, whenever a Juncto is made, the Juncto join part of the other person's soul to theirs, which means that they have a slight connection to the other's animals. For us, that's me connecting to Jack's horse Zoe and his dragon, Marcus-the weirdest dragon name-, and Jack connecting to Alec, Jason and Louise. I fed and watered the horses and then I went out to the training yard to set up some training courses in the riding arena and created a custom training course in the training centre. When all that was done, it was 8:20 am. We had ten minutes until the ceremony. I went back inside and went up to my room. I stoked Lou, who was waking around my room. I'd have to get her a collar at some point. I readjusted my hair and make-up and picked up the ceremonial black silk scarf. Instead of wrapping it around my neck, I tied it around my wrist. I looked around my room and spotted a small-ish dark blue scarf, the perfect size to tie around Lou's neck as a collar. I picked Lou up off the floor and held her under one arm. I tied the scarf around her neck. There, that would do for now. She looked at me with her green eyes wide, the pupils huge.I smiled and stroked her head. She closed her eyes and purred loudly. I laughed a little, sat down on my bed stroking her head. There was a knock on the door. The door opened and Merida poked her head round the door. "Hey Elsa! The ceremony's about to start. Aww! Who's yer'new friend?" "Oh! This is Louise. Louise, meet Merida. Merida, meet Louise." I walked up over to the door and Merida stroked Lou's head. I put Lou on the floor and walked out the door with Meri. Lou followed me downstairs. I didn't scold her, I wanted to show her off to all the others. Merida led me into the living room, well, it didn't look like the living room anymore. The sofas and armchair were pushed against one wall, the table was on it's side against the sofas and the dining table and chairs was against another wall, kinda protecting the TV and games consoles. In the middle of the room was a talk silver alter with a silver goblet with a slim bladed sharp knife resting on top of the goblet had been placed in the middle if the room. Jack stood to one side of the alter. He had the silk scarf around his wrist as well. Hiccup stood behind the alter wearing a dark brown floor-length hooded robe. He had his hood up, casting a shadow over his face. Punzie stood to his left wearing a satin lilac ankle-length dress and a grey floor-length hooded robe, shadowing her face. Merida slipped to Hiccup's right hand side wearing a floor-length dark teal dress with a grey hooded robe shadowing her face. I walked up to the alter and stood facing Jack. Hiccup picked up the knife and took Jack's hand. He began to chant in Latin. He turned Jack's hand over so his palm was facing upwards. He pressed the tip of the  knife to Jack's palm. The knife pierced the skin and dark red blood dripped into the silver goblet. When Hiccup had enough blood, he wiped the knife clean and, still chanting, took my palm and pierced the skin. The blood dribbled from the incision, down my hand and dripped into the goblet. Hiccup dropped my hand, and from a hidden pocket in his robe, he withdrew the Lumen Lignum. It was a stick of enchanted quartz with blessed silver wrapped around it in a grip. Hiccup's had a Chinese dragon on it. He dipped the tip into the blood and mixed it around. When it was mixed together enough, he took it out and pressed it to Jack's pale forearm. He began to draw an elegant rune made of spirals and dots. Jack flinched when the Lumen Lignum touched his skin. Hiccup was chanting the whole time. He turned to me and grabbed my forearm. He began to trace the Rune on my arm. I flinched as the crystal touched my arm. It felt like someone was pressing an electrode to my arm. I watched the blood seep into my skin and leave a dark red tattoo on my forearm. I felt a sharp, electrifying, fusing sensation in my mind. It hurt so much. I felt something different in my core.  I felt something different. I felt something beautiful, something amazing. I knew what it was. It was love. Jack loved me. And now he knew that I loved him. Crap.
