Bree's POV
Right now, I am in LA with Kaylee & Princeton Perez photoshoot, just watching them work. They make a great team. I smiled as the photographer continued to take pictures of them. Me and Jahseh are on good terms, he'll always have a friend in me. Bailey is probably gonna have her baby a few weeks from now, I'm so excited for her.
I applied for Notre Dame and they accepted me, I'll be starting college in August. Melina & Sammy are engaged, so happy for them. And no one has heard from Katherine, she's in contact with Joshua's family, so Joshua's mom told Sammy that she is doing fine and that Katherine will come around, she just needed space which I understand.
"Great job you guys, I can't wait until you see these, they're so dope," the photographer said as he stopped taking their pics. "Thank you for doing this for us," Princeton spoke.
Oh and Kaylee and Nick are talking again, they're not dating, just talking and he's with us as well.
"So you & Glizz," Nick spoke as he looked at me and I scrunched my face at him & shook my head no. "Zion is my brother, I do not like that man in no other way." I told him and he started laughing, "I was kidding, chill," he spoke. I walked away and went to go look at the pictures with them.
"I love these, I can't wait until my real supporters see them," Kaylee stated. "Why you say it like that?" The photographer spoke. "Some fans are trying to ship me and Kaylee & its very weird, because Kaylee is my photoshoot bestie," Princeton stated and Kaylee nodded her head agree with him.
I guess you can say its weird for them, because they only do nothing BUT work together. They don't hang out or nothing, they're basically business besties... whatever the fuck that means, but Nick's jealous of their friendship.
"Alright, well I'll see you guys in 3 weeks right?" The photographer asked them. "Yes, New York right?" Princeton asked and the photographer nodded yes. He started taking his equipment down so he can clean up the area.
"Alright bye Nate," Kaylee spoke as her and Princeton went to their makeup spot to get cleaned up.
30 minutes later
"Hey lets visit your grandmother and check up on her," Kaylee suggested. "Ok, we can do that." I replied as I changed the route to my grandma's house.
"When was the last time you saw her?" Kaylee asked. "Probably a few weeks after I met Jahseh. I think it was that same day when Jahseh and Jordan fought next to my dads grave," I spoke.
"Jahseh fought a nigga in a cemetery?" Nick asked and I nodded. "Well if that's not ghetto, I don't know what is," he added. "You wanna know what's ghetto, you cheating on a girl that was falling in love with you then act clueless like you don't know what happened," I spoke shading Nick's terrible decisions. "Bree..." Kaylee spoke and I shook my head and continued driving the way to my grandma's house, the whole car ride there became quiet.
40 minutes later
We finally made it there, I told Nick to stay in the car. I turned the car off and me and Kaylee both got out of the car and walked up to the house. "So y'all just gone leave me here without air conditioning?" Nick asked as he had the car door open and I ignored him. I lightly knocked and rang the doorbell.
"Coming!" My grandma mid shouted, we heard a lot of moving around and then the door swung open, when saw me she cried. She opened the screen door and I walked up and gave her a hug. "aking apong babae," she spoke in Filipino as she cried. "Hi lola," I cried. We released each other and she looked at my face, "you look just like her it hurts," she spoke then she looked over at Kaylee. "Hi Kaylee dear," she spoke as she gave Kaylee a hug.
"Lets head inside, don't want to stand for too long," she spoke as she moved to the side and let us in. We walked in, took our shoes off and walked to the living room and sat down.
"How have you been my baby?" She asked. "I don't know, a lot has happened after mom passed." I spoke. "Katherine's boyfriend got killed and she disappeared and never said a word anyone, she keeps in contact with his family because she is pregnant with his kid. And Me & Jahseh are no longer together," I explained.
"What happened?" She asked. "Social Media, I wish we could've dated without it being on social media, plus ever sense I've been with him, I always end up in jail trying to protect our relationship... I don't think I'm mentally strong enough to be in a relationship with anyone at all anymore." I added. "He wants to still try to make things work between us, but I can't," I spoke.
Kaylee gave me a hug, "Kathy will come around, and you don't have to be with nobody if you don't want to, if you need a break from relationships, thats fine. I'm taking a break as well. I know me and Nick are hanging out all over again, but we're not together. I can't trust him enough anymore for me to be with him, he has to earn my trust again, he has to earn our trust." Kaylee spoke and I nodded.
Lola smiled at us, "hows Bailey?" She asked. "Still pregnant," I smiled. "I'm actually excited for her," I stated. "Me too. Is Bruno ok?" She also asked. "Yes, yes he is, he's working on music as usual," I spoke and she smiled.
"Now back to you, have you spoken to him yet?" She asked, asking about Jahseh and I. "No... its been kind of awkward. He hasn't opened up to me about how he feels about the break up, I know he's hurt, but I want him to talk about it to me, he continues to change the subject like it doesn't matter." I explained.
"I would call him right now, but I'm pretty sure he's busy working making music," I added. "Don't wait too long to call him, I'm sure will love to hear from you whenever, if its too late or too early, since he's the one that still wants to work on the relationship," she explained and I nodded.
"And you should also tell him you feel, more than you just telling him that you need space. He needs to know how you are feeling too," she explained. "You're right, I'll talk to him again," I spoke. "I guess we should go now," I spoke as I got up and gave my Lola a hug. "I love you my baby, take care of yourself first and then your family," she spoke as she hugged me tight like all grandmas do.
"I love you too," I spoke, then we pulled away and she hugged Kaylee. "Take care of my granddaughter please," she told Kaylee. "I will, I'm always here for her," Kaylee spoke, I smiled and they both pulled away.
We walked over to the front door and we walked out and headed to the car. "Hanging ok back there?" Kaylee asked Nick. "Man can we just go, I'm hungry as fuck and thirsty. Got me sitting in this hot ass car." He complained as laughed at him. Should've never cheated on my best friend.
