"Love," he snaked his arm around my waist. Hindi ko pa din siya binigyan ng atensyon. My eyes were glued what's in front of us.

The boy character in this movie has a brain tumor. He want to end his life to end the pain. He want to take his own life but he can't, because that is a sin. Life is a great and beautiful gift from above, so everyone must value it.
The boy can't see any reasons to live anymore, so, he's not afraid if later or tomorrow, they will find his cold body lying on his bed.
But one day. All of his beliefs changed, when he met a girl, an annoying girl rather. The girl shows him interest. She is a pain in the ass. But as the day passes by, he figured out that she's not that pain in his ass, she's just like that.
Then the girl confess. He didn't know what to do, what to say. He doesn't want to enter any kind of relationship, especially, involving feelings. He don't want to be selfish, because he knew from the day one, he can't be happy. Well, he may, but just for a moment. Nothing last, so as him.
He knows that, he can't make it. He can't stay. But, the girl was persistent. He told the girl why he can't be with her hoping her feelings will change, somehow, but unfortunately, it didn't. Even a percent, hindi ito nabawasan. Bagkus ay lumala at lalong tumaas ang pagmamahal ng babae sa kaniya.
