After Wilbur's death, Ghostbur cannot remember everything that has happened recently. However, he can remember a few stories from the past, as well as discovering things that he had forgotten..

-Floating atop of one of the crane in L'Manberg is Ghostbur. Peacefully sitting alone, watching the clouds, trying to make out the shapes, it honestly made him feel like a little kid. But it was nice. He could see the wind swirling the leaves but he couldn't feel the breeze, he missed it.
Ghostbur focused on the noise below him, he could hear two people walking past the crane. It didn't bother him until he paid more attention to the soft voices. It was Niki and Puffy. Feeling excited, Ghostbur's head quickly whipped down, looking over the two girls.
"That was fun!" Puffy said with a big grin on her face. Niki smiled and threw herself at Puffy, giving her a big embrace, "Yeah," Niki agrees. Ghostbur slowly floats down towards them, not keeping himself hidden. Both Niki and Puffy let go of each other. "I'll see you later Niki," Puffy says, turning her back and waving. Niki waves back as they exchange their goodbyes. Ghostbur stands behind Niki, about to appear to scare her. But, Ghostbur thought, he hadn't spoke to Niki after his death, Niki had been acting different whenever she saw him. Of course, he didn't know why for he had lost a big portion of his memories. Ghostbur puts his hand on Niki's shoulder, Niki shivers but thinks it's just from the cold air. Ghostbur looks at Niki, thinking if he should say hi to her or not.
Niki was his best friend for years, Ghostbur missed talking to her but didn't have the confidence to strike a conversation with the lady. Niki heard the ghastly sigh from Ghostbur behind her, she knew that voice and swiftly jumped back, looking behind her but nobody was there. Ghostbur was still there, well he was half phasing through the wooden planks beneath him because he wasn't paying too much attention to the world, just his thoughts. A little freaked out, Niki makes her way to her home. Ghostbur sees Niki walking off and decides to follow her. Ghostbur matched Niki's brisk walking speed and together they made their way into Niki's home. Ghostbur smiles as he enters the home. He sees pictures of him and Niki hung up on the walls and items that they had collected together over the years. Ghostbur notices a scroll placed on a small wooden table. Carefully, he unraveled it, trying not to be caught by Niki who had walked into the kitchen. The paper made quiet crumpling noises and he fidgeted with the paper in his cold hands.
The paper read: After everything that has happened, I don't know what do to anymore. I am currently the Treasury of state of L'Manberg. Everyone has changed ever since the destruction of L'Manberg, I feel as if I'm the only one who has stayed the same and I'm not sure if it's a good thing.. Tubbo is starting to remind me of Schlatt. I can see in his eyes, Tubbo cares more about the country and power rather than his friends. He calls it thinking logically but it makes me think of what Techno said before he ran off somewhere, "It's not Schlatt, it's the government." Was Wil ever like that when he ruled the land? I can't remember, it was so long ago. Speaking of Wilbur.. I don't know how to feel about him. He's my best friend but after the election and after L'Manberg was blown to shreds, I just can't forgive him, he's gone too far off the edge. Ghostbur is much more peaceful but I don't know how I can just talk to him like nothing had happened. -Nihachu.
