Chapter 4

"Come on you slow poke, get up!"I said as Kal started waking and slowly moving up with a big yawn.
Henry went into the kitchen as he finished his smoothie, he was thinking of the date. Well to be honest he was thinking of the kiss and Jen.
He couldn't stop thinking about her, there was something mysterious about her and he was intrigued.
Its been a over week since the night at the pub, they been texting everyday.
He felt an itch the entire time, always smiling when she texted, he couldn't stop thinking about her..

*2 hours later*

As Henry came out of the shower he started to do a mental to-do list for the date. There was alot to be done before tonight. As he was getting dressed he heard his phone. Pling!

Good morning Henry!
I was just a bit curios.. What kind of clothing is expected tonight?

Henry smiled, since they both love nature and where outdoor people he planned a hike and some picknick in a beautiful place near forrest and a lake. At heart Henry has always been a romantic but he was a bit rusty. This girl however made him want to put in a big effort.

Good morning darling. Well, I don't want to give everything away but there will be a short hike and outdoor. Does that sound good?

I do hope she will like the date he have planned Henry tought as he was getting in the car. Pling!

Henry smiled as he send a quik answer back and then he drove to get all of the things for tonight.

-Jenny's pov-

It's almost time, Henry will be here any minute now.
I literally couldn't stop thinking about him, I dont know what it was but I smiled like an idiot every time we texted..
Since Henry at least told me about the clothing that's required for the evening I decided to wear a pair of tights, loose tanktop and my outdoor shoes. Since it was mid july the heat would be very present even in the evening so I tought that a sweater would not be necessary.

Pling pling! The doorbell.

I walked to the door with butterflies in my stomach and as I opened they completely exploded.
There he was, the beatiful Henry, smiling.
"Hi! How are you sweet?" Henry asked as he kissed me on the cheek.
"I'm good darling, please come in."
"Wait, I almost forgott" Henry said as he gave me a beautiful bouquet of lillies.
"Oh Henry, they are beautiful, thank you" I said as I smelled the flowers, I looked up to him and closed the gap between us as I stepped up on my toes to place a kiss on his cheek.
"Please, come inside. Let me just put them in some water before we go."

I went in to the kitchen with Henry close behind me, "it's a beautiful house you have and a wonderful garden" he said as he looking outside.
"Thank you, yeah the garden is kind of my calming place" I said with a warm smile.
"I just wish my cupboards was a bit lower for me, oh but for heavens sake!" I say with annoyance in my voice. I started to climb the bench as Henry said behind me "do you need some help there?" With a small giggle.
"If you just stand there and be ready to catch me if I fall, that would be lovely" I said with a smirk as I got a hold of the vase.
I gave the vase to Henry to put down and just as I was about to climb down I almost lost my balance with a squeak and he was quik to catch me. He held me bridal style and smiled.
" You living a dangerous life there love" he said. "Well lucky for me you were here, thank you for fulfilling your duties" I said with a smirk.
