"It's so good to be back," I breathed, watching the Hogwarts Express fill up with joyful kids and their heavy trunks.

James agreed, but his eyes were focused on a certain redhead who happened to be my best friend.

"Hey!" I called, watching James chase after Lily Evans. "If I can't date your friends how come you can date mine?" I scoffed, knowing that James didn't have a chance with Lily more than I did with Sirius.

"Hello, love," a familiar voice called.

"Hello Sirius," I mumbled, not even needing to turn around to know it was the dark-haired Gryffindor prince.

"So you do have a thing for Moony, then?" he pulled on my hair, making me turn around to face him.

"Sirius, I already told you-" I stopped talking, startled by how close to my face he was. I blinked several times before I could resume my thought, his eyes paralyzing me. Oh Merlin, those eyes were gonna be the death of me.

"I don't fancy him, ok?" I pushed his hands off me, which had been cupping my cheeks.

"Well, then why'd you say that to Prongs back there?" He scowled at me, stuffing his hands into his robe pockets.

"What?" I said, confused and frustrated with his interrogation.

"You asked Prongs why you couldn't date any of his friends..." he trailed off, looking at the ground. "You were talking about Moony weren't you?"

"No Sirius!" I pushed past him, angry that he didn't believe me. "What's your problem anyway? Can't you just shove off and leave me alone?"

I stormed onto the train, sitting down next to an equally frustrated Lily. Marlene, my pretty Hufflepuff friend, smiled over her book.

"Sirius?" she questioned, her eyes not moving an inch.

"Of course it was," I said, rolling my eyes. "This time he's accusing me of liking Remus and he keeps asking me questions!"

Marlene put down her book, smirking at me. "He's just jealous, Willow."

"Jealous?" I scoffed, the thought of Sirius having any romantic thoughts towards me broke my heart in two. "Never."

"How about you Lily, James bothering you again?" I asked, eager to change the subject.

"God, I can't stand him!" She sank lower into her booth, her face flushed with anger. "He asked me to go to Hogsmeade with him and threatened to curse Sev if I said no!"

My eyes widened and I glanced at Marlene who shared a smile with me.

"Merlin, that boy has no dignity!" Marlene remarked, her eyes sparkling with disbelief.

"I should know, I live with him!" I groan, the thought of James enough to make me sick.

"You know he won't even let me be in the same room alone with any of his friends except for Moony!"

Marlene and Lily shared a knowing glance. "Only because even James can see you and Sirius fancy each other,"

I roll my eyes, but I couldn't help but wonder if Sirius really did like me, and whether or not he actually had been jealous.

My thoughts chased away the hours, and before I knew it, the Hogwarts Express slowed to a stop. I grabbed my things, hanging back after Lily and Marlene left our compartment.

I searched for Sirius in the crowd, looking for his tall, handsome figure. When I couldn't find him anywhere though, I caught up with Remus & James, interrupting their conversation about Lily.

"Do you guys know where Sirius is?" I huffed, looking between the two of them.

"He's back in our compartment, he lost Dominic again." I gave an appreciative nod to Remus, before turning to my twin brother.

"By the way, James, Lily despises you and is already planning to hex you good at the feast!"

I watched happily as his face fell and he kicked the ground, muttering profanities.

I walked down the train corridors, a smile lingering on my face. But, it didn't last long when I spotted Sirius pressed up against the compartment door, a curvy blonde seventh year practically eating his face.

God, what was I thinking? Sirius Black was the biggest player in all of Hogwarts, even though we were only 15. Why on Earth would he ever have feelings for me?

I backed away, anger and hurt blurring my vision. Instead of making a stealthy getaway, though, I crashed into a trunk and tripped on my face. Sirius turned around and momentarily stopped snogging the Slytherin, his eyes widening when he saw me laying on the ground like a pathetic fool.  I got up, anger flashing through my eyes as I glared at him one last time before turning on my heel, the tears spilling from my eyes.

There was one thing I knew for sure, and that was Sirius Black would never charm me into falling for him again.
