Izuku Midoriya x Reader - Where are You?

No one's POV Warning: Death and gore/blood

"Y/N!!! Y/N!!!" Midoriya cried out.

Y/N and him have been friends since childhood, so the fact that you both made it to high school together wasn't at all surprising. He kept calling out for Y/n, but they didn't respond. Midoriya started to panic and cried out to the others and see if they had seen Y/n anywhere.

"Dammit nerd! You lost them! You know for a fucking fact they're stupid and are going to die out here!" Bakugo yelled at the small boy.

He was right though, if Midoriya had kept a better look out for Y/n, they wouldn't be where they are. He continued to look for hours and didn't stop. After 4 continuous hours of looking for Y/n, Midoriya sat by nearby debris and put his face in his hands.

"Where are you?" Midoriya asked as he softly cried.

Start of flashback

"Y/n? Where are you? I told K-Kacchan to leave you alone, but he wouldn't listen. I'm sorry." young Midoriya called for his friend. 

As he looked, he saw an abandoned tree-house and decided to climb up. He got to the top and saw Y/n hugging their knees close to their chest, eyes red and puffy from crying. Midoriya just held them in his little arms as Y/n cried. He knew that their quirk was helpful, and he was glad they used it for their themselves and shared it too.

End of flashback

Midoriya pulled his face away from his hands, got up and started to look around. Bakugo must've left, and that didn't stop Midoriya from running to the tree-house where he knew Y/n would be. Midoriya ran faster as it had started to rain and thunder. He took a sharp turn which caused him to slip, run into a wall and injure his arm. He made his way to the tree-house, and climbed up the broken down ladder into the small space. There Y/n was, lying against the wooden wall, covered in blood and barely breathing. 

"Midoriya? I knew you'd make it." Y/n slightly chuckled.

"K-Kacchan said it was my fault that you got lost! I'm sorry! It won't ever happen again!" Midoriya cried.

Y/n made their way to Midoriya and wrapped their arms around him, as he was in a sitting position. Midoriya hugged back with such strength, he thought it would bring life back to Y/n, but it didn't. Y/n started to cry as they knew that they'd never have the chance to have a life with Midoriya.

"Hey Izu?" Y/n asked turning to the greenete and putting their hand on his cheek.

"Y-yea-?" Izuku mustered as he felt someone kiss him.

"I love you....." Y/n breathed out as they pulled away.

"I love you too." Izuku cried.

He held you and started to cry so loud, even the thunder got quiet. Midoriya didn't know, but Bakugo was waiting for the two to get out and say it was all a joke, but after an hour and 45 minutes, he knew it wasn't a joke and began to cry.
