No one's POV TW:Abuse

"Hey! Nice job taking down Kaminari!" Midnight gave Y/n a thumbs up.

Y/n just nodded and headed into the changing rooms. They quickly got dressed in a stall and walked out. They headed to the lunch room and was invited by Kirishima to sit with him and the others.

"That was amazing, you should really have sensei pair you up with Ojiro, y'all would make a great team." Kaminari praised Y/n.

"Hm." was all that came out of their mouth.

*timeskip*

"Hey sweetheart, do you mind getting me another beer from the fridge?" their mother asked half passed out on the couch.

Y/n went to the fridge and grabbed their mom a water instead.

"The doctor told you to drink more water." Y/n handed the bottle to their mom.

The mom threw the bottle at Y/n and started cursing them out. Y/n started to walk away when their mom grabbed them by their wrist.

"M-mom, let go of me."

"No, not until you agree to get me a beer."

"Mom, please. You're hurting me."

"I don't care, you don't love me anyways, so why should I love you?"

"Mom, stop it." Y/n tried to pull their arm away but to no avail.

-knock knock knock-

Their mom let go and went to open the door and saw Midnight with Aizawa and Present Mic.

"Hello, how can I help you?" Their mother pretended that nothing was wrong.

"We're here to talk about you kid." Aizawa said looking at me.

Their mom looked at them and shoved them away to go upstairs to their room.

"Your child has a very unique quirk. Some say they'll get to the top." Mic boasted.

Y/n's mother shook her head.

"My child is nothing but a brat. Doesn't listen to me and uses that "unique" quirk to hurt me. I love my child, they just need help." More lies.

"Interesting. So, if you loved your child, you wouldn't mind if they took a leap, right?"
Aizawa looked at the sky.

Y/n heard this, ran to their room on the second floor, and jumped from their window waiting for the floor to catch them.

"Gotcha!" Sero said as he pulled up Y/n.

Their mother looked up and saw their kid being taken by Sero. Midnight took this as her chance to punch her in the gut. Aizawa then used his scarf to stop Y/n's mom from moving.

*Flashback*

"Hey, Ms. Midnight." Sero called from outside her classroom.

"Oh, hello Sero. What brings you here?" Midnight asked as she leaned in her chair.

"It's about L/n. I think something is wrong at home." That's all it took plus evidence to make Midnight go to Y/n's house.

*end of flashback*

*timeskip*

Y/n sat next to Sero as they waited for Midnight and the other two to get back.

The door opened and the two stood up quickly, Y/n behind Sero.

"It's just us! No need to panic!" Present Mic exclaimed waving his arms.

Y/n saw Midnight and how she had scratches and bruises around her face and arms. Y/n ran into Midnight's arms and started to sob. If Midnight hadn't come at the time she did, Y/n could have died.

*timeskip*

"Nemuri Kayama, you are now hereby declared to be Y/n L/n's new guardian." The judge said standing up.

Midnight wiped her tears as Y/n jumped into her arms.

"Thank you." Y/n sobbed.

"Anytime kid, anytime." Midnight sighed with relief. The child was no longer in danger, and that's all that mattered.
