Trigger Warning: Suicide and self harm "How was school Toshi?" Y/n asked curiously. Y/n was friends with Hitoshi Shinso, giving him the nickname Toshi a couple of days after the sports festival. "It was fine, I guess." Shinso sighed, rubbing the back of his neck anxiously. Y/n noticed his strange behavior, so they tilted their head and turned towards him since they were walking ahead of him. Shinso avoided eye contact with them.
"Please d-don't do it!" Shinsou yelled, hiding his tears while looking at the sky. He found out that Y/N had started cutting themselves, and training too much. Shinso realized what he had said and ran off, crying. He did this every night, thinking he might never see that smile again. The only reason Y/n was doing this was because of her past, and how many make fun of her looks and quirk.
Y/n was confused and went to their dorm room and looked at themselves in the mirror.
'Ew, look at them, no sense of style'
'Go kill yourself fatty!'
'This is school, not the circus of freaks!'
"They're right, they're all right. Maybe I should kill myself, it will solve everything." Y/n said tearing up. They changed into a black baggy hoodie, baggy shorts, and went to the roof top.
Shinso started feeling sick, so he went to the roof top to get some fresh air. Little did he know, that his crush was hanging from the railing. with regret written all over their face. "H-help." Y/n whimpered, losing their grip on the railing. "Y/n?" was all Shinso could muster before he ran towards the railing and pulled up Y/n. "What were you thinking?! You could have died!" Shinso cried, yelling at his friend/crush. All Y/N could do was start sobbing, hugging their knees close to their chest. Shinso hugged Y/n, never letting go. "P-please, stay w-with me. I can't l-lose you." Shinso whimpered, and started feeling relieved Y/n didn't die.
"I'm sorry, I just thought if I killed myself, no one would care and be happy about it." Y/n said bluntly as Shinso decided to take them back to their dorm. "Well, I would care, because 1; you're my friend, and 2; I like you, no love you actually." Shinso said as he opened Y/n's door to their dorm and set them on their bed. Y/n smiled and kissed Shinso. " I love you too" Y/n said falling asleep.
~Time skip to 2nd year~
"And that's why me and Shinso are dating." Y/n said to Bakugo, their older twin brother. Bakugo almost cried because they didn't tell him first. "F-fine. But d-don't do anything stupid." Bakugo said, holding back his tears. "Yes sir." Shinso chuckled, grabbing Y/n's hand and kissing it. "Nothing stupid." Y/n and Shinso laughed.
'Never again'
