"Happy birthday to the manliest guy I know! Yeah, yeah, I remembered your b-day. Hold the applause, please. I got you a gift too! It's in the red box, should have a card with it too. Don't forget, we've got an extra training thing with Mr. Aizawa tonight. I wanted to make a birthday exception but he insisted you needed the training. Anyways, I'll seeya later at school. Bye!"
The video recording ended with a click, and the file returned to it's spot in the folder. I sighed. There had been more videos, but a virus had claimed a good 1/4 of them. Truthfully, I had cried for a while about losing so many memories of my friend, but that idiot Kaminari had convinced me to look on the bright side.
"It sucks, but at least you've got the rest of them still! It can't be helped how, so theres no point in being upset about it," he had said.
I wish it was that easy, to just forget about any emotions. I hate to admit it, but I'm jealous of Kami. He never seems to have a care, always so happy and dumb. I guess it's just how he is.
The clock read 10:56. I should go to bed. Those extras I pretended not to call friends were gonna wake me up as soon as they possibly could.
The last thing I remember before passing out was locking my laptop and running my fingers through my tragically neat hair.
