Footmarks in the dust around the Platinum Throne, fingerprints on the door,
Quiet noise breaking the silence, faint light shining through the hallway, dried up blood on the floor,
Flowers wilt in the evergreen garden, another leaf falls from the Tree of Life, Serenity fleets away (from me) as I'm reading these signs
Starless nightsky staring down at Eden dark,
Foreboding thoughts in the air, restless vigil, eve of demise,
A fiery sphere illuminates the tenebrous firmament, meteor inbound for Paradise,
Illusion of Heaven: Hell in disguise,
Delsuion of joy: dislocated hearts,
I just stand there watching this casual reprise knowing it won't turn out nice,
for me there's no more sunrise,
And I close my eyes as I realise:
There's a meteor inbound for Paradise
Meteor!
Inbound for Paradise
Meteor!
Inbound for Paradise
Meteor!
Inbound for Paradise
Meteorfall in Heaven,
Remembrance of the plight,
A red hot rock of a mountain's size,
Shattering the throne room, the hallways, the garden, the palace,
Misplaced faith, off-key melodies, delusions of Heaven; everything dies, Turning into cinder my Paradise of lies
