That morning I wake up in Draco's arms. He's still asleep, so I don't move much, so I don't wake him up. Someone knocks on the door.

"Come in." I whisper shout

Narcissa walks in "I'd wake him up there are people downstairs who want to talk with him." She says then walking out of the room.

I wonder who would be here for Draco the only person that I could think of is Blaise since he's about one of our only friends. I wake up Draco and tell him that he has people that want to talk to him.

"Oh shit." He says getting out of bed.

"What? Who is it?"I ask.

"It's an old death eater who is friends with my father, I was supposed to meet with them and convince them to help keep my father from Azkaban." He says getting dressed.

"Wait but Lucius has been here in the house." I say, also getting up.

"Well the entire house is under a spell keeping him hidden but we can't keep the spell up for much longer. Ok I have to go down, bye I'll be back upstairs in a bit please don't come down." He says kissing me and then walking out.

I decide it's not worth it to try and go down with him he clearly doesn't want me to follow him so if I do he'll probably just send me back into the room. I walk into the bathroom and shower. Draco's shower is huge actually his entire room is huge it is like the size of a small house. When I get out I do my makeup and get dressed. Since Draco barely never cleans his room and I can't stand a dirty room I start to pick stuff up. Narcissa has told the house elves to not clean anything of Draco's since he has to learn to clean for himself, but now that I'm here I'm the one cleaning. I don't mind it though cause it gives me time to just think and relax, since I like cleaning.

Once the room is clean I flop down onto his bed and decide to read till he gets back upstairs.

"Hey sorry that took so long. You cleaned." Draco says walking over and sitting down on the bed.

"Yep I couldn't stand your room dirty. Will they help your father?" I ask. Part of me wants Lucius to go to Azkaban but I know even though he's an abusive piece of shit Draco still loves him.

"Yes in two days my father will be free and won't have to worry about hiding."

I sit between Draco's legs, resting my head on his chest. I am reading and he's messing with my hair. "Don't tangle my hair." I say.

"To late," he says back.

"Draco, go get my brush and untangle it." I say pointing over to the bathroom. He gets up and comes back with my brush and starts brushing my hair.

"Ow your goal is to brush it not rip it out." I say kinda annoyed at him.

"Well it's hard my hair is shorter, your hair is like four times the length of mine." He says.

I don't respond and go back to reading. He continues to brush my hair this time not ripping it out. "done," he says tossing the hairbrush on the ground.

I reach back and feel my hair for any knots he missed. "Thanks." I say when I dont feel any.

"Come down for dinner!" Narcissa yells up from the 3rd floor. Draco's room is on the 4th floor and the main dining room that we use is on the 3rd, even though there's a dinning room and kitchen on every floor but the 4th.

I get up and put my book down, but Draco doesn't move. "Are you coming?" I ask wondering why he hasn't moved.

"Yeah I guess."

"What's wrong?" I ask sitting back down on my bed.

"I haven't had to talk or see my dad since last night."

"It will be okay I'll sit next to him so you don't have to, okay?" I say. I really would rather not sit next to Lucius but I can deal.

He gets up and walks down with me. We sit down and start to eat. "So Echo when are you going home again?" Lucius asks. He clearly doesn't want you there. I am supposed to go home alone tommorow. "Me and Draco are going to my house for the rest of summer tomorrow." I say. I decided that Draco is coming home with me. It will be better for the both of us. If I'm at home alone with just my mom and the very rare days where my dad is home it will be hell. Mom is never kind she's not as bad a Lucius but she's up there, but if Draco's there she wouldn't dare hurt me or him. And that way Draco can get away from Lucius.

Once dinner is finished Draco gets up and starts cleaning the kitchen. I get up to help him. "No Echo that's his job." Lucius says.

I am now stuck to sit at a table while Draco works and have a conversation with Lucius. I would rather be cleaning the entire house than have to talk to Lucius.
