Brooke's pov
When we arrived back at the hospital we were all exhausted. Not the kind that you wanna go to sleep, but the kind were you just don't feel like doing anything.
Addie was hooked back up to her machine, as always. She fought the tears to he stuck with the needle, and you could see the embarrassment shield across her face
Her and Hayes were cuddling in her hospital bed as they have been Everytime they're together.
"I guess we better get going" Nash frowned turning his head towards me from the other side of the couch. He was sitting a few feet from me with my legs laying across his.
"Don't leave" I pouted
"I have to. But I'll be back tomorrow morning for Addie's surgery. I'll be next to you every step of the way, just like Hayes will be for Addie" he winked and reached out to grab my hand
I nodded my head and took my feet off of his lap. I stood up with him and we walked over to the door while Addie and Hayes said their goodbyes
"Goodnight beautiful. I'll see you tomorrow morning." He kissed my forehead
I nodded my head and opened the door to let him out of the room. Hayes finished talking to Addie and walked towards the door over to where his big brother was
"Bye yall. I had a lot of fun. Thank you" Hayes waved walking out of the door behind his older brother
I shut the door and ran and jumped on Addie's bed
"TELL ME EVERYTHING" I screeched
Addie's pov
"Ill see you tomorrow morning beautiful. I'll be there for you when you get your surgery, and hopefully every one of them after that. I'm not going anywhere. I promise" Hayes held out his pinky
I wrapped my pinky around his and kissed my thumb
"Goodnight beautiful" he kissed my cheek and Got out of my bed walking towards the door
"Bye Yall. I had a lot of fun. Thank you" he waved walking out of the door before Brooke shut the door and attacked me on my bed
"TELL. ME. EVERYTHING!" She screamed
I told her everything that he said to me, and everything we talked about while laying here face to face. It was so nice to be able to get along with somebody so easily, that wasn't just my Bestfriend... No offense Brooke, but you're not Hayes Grier.
"You need to go to sleep babe. You're gonna need it. Tomorrow is a big day, and you're gonna need all the energy you can get tomorrow. I'll be on the couch like I am every night, I'm not leaving" she smiled walking towards the couch and plopping down
"Oh shit." Brooke huffed
"What!?" I sat up quickly
"I forgot to change out of my dress. And I really don't wanna get up" she whined
"I thought you were dying. Get up lazy ass" I laid my head back down
I looked around the room with thoughts filling my mind. 'What if something goes wrong?' 'What if the surgery doesn't work and it's all for nothing?' 'What if-'
My thoughts were interupted by a white blob flying across the room
"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT" I yelled sitting up immediately
"My dress" she said blankly
"What do you mean your dress?" I asked in between laughs
"I'm uh- naked. I kinda took off my dress and threw it over there. Im too lazy to change so I'm sleeping on the couch in a bra and underwear. Goodnight" Brooke smiled shamelessly covering up with her blanket
"Uh. Okay. Yeah. Goodnight to you too" I giggled laying back down for the third time tonight
