Adya pov

As I woke up I saw two messages. One from priya and other from a child from a orphanage I build in last 1 years after my parents death.

I opened priya's message ' Adya , arun is having a huge drug deal with a gang near **************, around 8:00pm and the gang business of him in india is goingto stop. All thanksto you'
Nice one more time guess it will be fun.

I opened the child's message ' Adya di , for few months after you left , they began to make us work and not giving the necessary needs and threatening to not tell us no one and doesn't give us proper food. I heared they are going to remove are educational programs. '

Fine , tomorrow I will check on them which means I have to go to India . So I need 3 days holiday from my company.

Fine , after I received my holiday i will tell priya to meet me in india and threaten the workers , even though I will fire them cause I can't straight away reveal myself  due to my false death.

Now time for work . Then I got ready

Then I entered my office with my usual routine.

Then went to work and soon its lunch time , now its has became like a routine for Xander to come and have lunch. Thus I pack his extra lunch . Today, I saw he was not coming . I felt little disappointed . Then I remember that soon there will be janmashtami( worshiping of god Krishna birth) and saranya's mother have asked me to come and invite my friends too. So I came outside after setting tiny and tane food.

As I walked outside toward Ella and then I saw Xander coming out from his office with a woman,  I must say she is beautiful, slim like a model. As she saw me whispered in his ear something,  that made him smirk.

Well I don't know why I felt a pang in my heart but I ignored it and went to ella . I knew all men's are same and that too a millionaire, but I don't even love him why I am like this . Noo, I have to go for pilgrimage I think. I need to clear my mind.

Then I saw ella is not there so I texted her while returning to my office,  as I opened the door .

I saw Xander sitting and typing something. I said while walking towards my seat " you know it's not good to walk into someone place when the person is not there without the permission"

He said " well, I practically own this whole building so its technically no ones place but mine . But you see as a gentleman I didn't touch anything personal not even your displayed monkey"

This sly bastered " the monkey have name ,tiny and tane . Don't speak to them like that" cause they were like my partner in pain .Then I started to get my lunch out.

Today I was in rush so made idle today.
I placed his on his side.

As I started to eat , he said " you are going for J-Jan--mast --ami, huh , to your friends house"

I shuffled my laugh said " how do you know are you now stalking me mister millionaire "

He rolled his eyes said " well I am invited too cause my best friend is friend of her cousin or brother or someone"

Wow don't even know that much so why are going .

He asked " so what's the occasion "

I started my lecture "The birth of Lord Krishna, Janmashtami, is celebrated with pomp and fervour throughout India. ' pick up fast or else be ready for FBI investigation '  this person is my  best friend and family left she is saranya cause my aunts and uncles are busy with their life when my parents died they only came to just visit death ceremonies with no sorrow and fake pity . And wanted money but luckily my parents have already transferred everything to me and both my grandparents are death.

I said " I have to pick this call"

Xander motioned an approval.
As soon as I picked the phone  , she spoke too loud I guess Xander can hear" what took you so long to pick up "
Before I could utter a word she continued " if you are in lunch date with you love ,  I don't care. "
I saw Xander lips twitch.  Uff this girl"so , I want to tell my mother said I have to get married,  she has already choose some ."

I said " so what's your problem"

She said " I don't want to marry "

I said " so, what you want me to do"

She said " I said my mom that you are also unmarried ."

I hummed she continued said very fast that" I told if only you marry ,I will marry and she also got a marriage date"

I said " no , I will not marry , you know my papa said  not to marry until I get atleast 25 or 30 and listen i will kill you next time i see you "

I can clearly see her smirk said " oh, i am shaking in fear listen, if you want change in plan tell my mom , which you can't.  I guess she loves you more than me. So, you don't have any option. "
I rolled my eyes said " can I kill the man or scare him ,"

She said " you will be in jail and will suffer too due to your gift"

I said " i am not sure it's a gift or curse for me...oh I got idea let's act as if we are lesbian so they won't marry us "

She said " deal , so I will tell my mom to set our date in same restaurant "

Then she cut the phone.
I rolled my eyes.
Then I saw Xander looking at me while raising an brow , I asked" what "

He said " nothing nice plan are you not marrying because of what your father said"
I snorted said " no, cause I think marriage is important and I don't want to spend my life regretting and that too divorce in India is not looked with good eye. That too I don't think any man will truly love me, loyal to me and trust me. As they can't handle themselves seeing any beautiful lady or money , so I  that topic their are many better than me . I don't want to be heartbroken. That too i can spend my life alone by myself cause I ear my own living . Also I can't always be good two shoes obedient wife cause I don't like anyone dominating me , thinking wife place is little less than husbands. I want equal , and yes I will work even after marriage"

He was going to say something,  I said " leave that I want to ask you for permission for holiday "

He said " reason"

I said " personal problems and I have to go outside this country so i need 3 days"

He said " where"

I said " it's none of your concern "

He said " i will not sanction any leave until you say were"

I said " India "

He said " i also have work there i will be also leaving tomorrow so be ready you will go with me or forget your day off"

I gritted my teeth said " fine "
I say there is a dent in the table. No not again. I have hold the handle of table to control myself.
