Today we arrived in Colorado which means it's my last day with thee Mr. Dean Winchester. To be honest when we met I hated him. I hated him up until yesterday but now I feel like we could be good friends. Who knows, maybe I just need to get to know him better and he will turn out to be a good guy.

He is an awful singer though and there's no denying that. My aunt lives about twenty minutes away from where we are. Dean had the directions to her house so he knows exactly where he's going. "I had fun with you today. Especially doing a little Karaoke." I smiled over at him.

"So did I. Your voice could use some work," he teased and I playfully hit his arm. He laughed and glanced over at me with a small smile. The rest of the trip was quiet until we pulled up in front of my aunts house. A sigh left my mouth as I stared at the old farm house in front of me. "You have me and Sam's number incase you need anything. Just give us a call." He told me.

"Sure, okay. Thank you for the ride." I said. He nodded before I climbed out of the car with my bag on my shoulder. I watched him drive away before going up to the door and knocking. There wasn't any answer causing me to frown confused. I knocked again then waited but still got no response.

Something seemed off so I pulled out my gun and opened the unlocked door slowly. Once the coast was clear I went inside and looked for my aunt. "Aunt Lilly?" I called out for her only to hear silence. The moment I stepped into the kitchen my eyes widened at the horrific scene. My aunt laid on the floor in a pool of blood with her heart ripped out.

There was blood everywhere as I screamed. "No!" I yelled as I rushed to her side even though she's gone. It smells like she's been gone for at least a day or so. My heart broke into a million pieces. She was my dads sister, the last relative I had left on his side of my family. My mom died when I was born. Labor complications.

I ran outside and puked all over the ground. The smell and the blood started getting to me. It made me feel sick to my stomach looking at. I heard a car pulling up but was too busy puking my brains out. "Hey! Are you okay?" I hear Dean ask as he comes rushing over to me. Finally, I stop and look up at him.

"It's," I cried out. "It's horrible in there. My aunt, she's dead." I cried. He looked at the house then back at me.

"Stay here while I go look inside." He told me and I had no problem with that. He was in there for a while before coming back out. He shoved his gun back into the waistband of his pants. "It looks like a werewolf. McKenzie-" he started but I cut him off.

"Why did you come back?" I asked him. He pulled my phone out of his pocket and held it up in the air.

"You forgot this on the seat. I came to give it back." He said as he handed it to me. "I'm glad that I did come back."

"Me too." I nodded. He came over to me and gave me a hug. I stayed in his arms for what felt like forever. What am I gonna do now? I've got no one left and...I'm completely alone in the world.

"Come back with me," Dean said as he pulled away. "Come back to the bunker and stay with us for as long as you need. Please," he offered but I can't. I don't want to be a burden on them and my dad raised me to never overstay my welcome.

"Thanks but I'll figure something out." I assured him as I grabbed my bag and started walking off.

"McKenzie please, your only seventeen. Where are you going to go? Let us help you." He begged. I stopped and closed my eyes before taking in a deep breath. After a moment I turned around and nodded my head okay. From there we made our way back to Kansas, back to the bunker.

The first couple of hours of the ride were silent until I started getting sleepy. Dean noticed my tired state and handed me his jacket. "It's no blanket but it should keep you warm," he smiled. I thanked him as I took it and covered myself up with it. Of course it smells just like him.

When I woke up we were stopped at a gas station. The sun was out and Dean was inside paying the cashier. I yawned tiredly as I sat up in my seat. Soon he came walking out with a bag in his hand and climbed into the car. "Morning sunshine." He smiled as he handed me the bag.

"I got some snacks for the road if your hungry. Oh but this," he said pulling licorice out of the bag. "Is mine." He grinned. I nodded with a small smile as I looked around the bag and only saw junk food. But it's a gas station not a restaurant.

"I could drive if you want." I suggested but he immediately shut me down.

"No one drives baby except me." He told me sternly. I laughed at the name he has for his car. It's only my third day knowing this guy and the surprises keep on coming. I wonder what else there is to know about Dean Winchester.
