EMILY'S POV
".....Emily." Harry says looking up at me guiltily.
"What...what did you do!?" he looks down at his hands.
"....I kinda need to pee..."
"HARRY I ASKED YOU IF YOU NEEDED TO PEE FIVE MINUTES AGO!!"
"I know but I didn't need to go then!!" he whines. I huff out in exasperation and look at him. He looks sad and I immediately feel bad.
"It's okay Harraaaay, I forgive you!" he beams at me and I grin back at him.
"Is there another gas station soon?" he asks.
"....well nooooo...BUT you can pee on the side of the road!" I say parking the car on the side. Harry looks scared.
"But- but Emily! Everyone can see me!" he exclaims. I laugh at him.
"Noooo I mean go in behind the trees!" his eyes widen even more than before.
"NO THE FOREST YETI WILL EAT ME!!!"
"WELL THEN YOU WILL FIGHT FOR THE RIGHT TO PEE!!" I say dramatically.
"You...are so weird..." Harry says pinching my nose. I swat his hand away.
"Says the one who believes in the forest yeti...everyone knows yeti's live in the mountains." I say sticking my tongue out at him.
"Touché," he says grinning. He jumps over the side of the car and walks towards the trees.
"Be careful! Don't get eaten by the yeti!"
"I thought we'd agreed that yetis live in the mountains!"
"Who knows?!" I laugh and settle down in the car waiting for Harry to come back. After ten long minutes Harry still isn't back and I start to worry.
"Harry?? Are you still alive?" I ask getting out of the car and walking towards the trees. Suddenly I hear a scream so I rush through the trees to see what's going on. I see Harry running towards me waving his arms around like a lunatic!
"RUUUUNNN!!!" he screams at me.
"Harry? What's going o-" I get cut off mid sentence as Harry grabs my waist and throws me over his shoulder while running back to the car. This is a very bumpy ride may I point out.
"Harry- *bump* what's- *bump* going- *bump* on? *bump*" he finally throws me across the two front seats of the car and jumps in after me. We lay there for a while until he catches his breath and answers me.
"There I was, peacefully peeing, when something ripped my beanie off my head! So I ran away because I knew it was the Yeti and that it would bite my head off next!" he exclaimed all in one. I just look at him and his finally free curls, oh my how I want to touch them...what!? SNAP OUT OF IT EMMY.
"Harry I doubt that it was a yeti. Your beanie probably got stuck on a branch."
Harry looked at me as if I had just told him Santa Claus existed...although he probably thought he did.
"No I promise I felt it breathe on me!!" he squeaked out.
"I'm sure you imagined that..."
"I didn't!"
"You did!"
"Not"
"Did"
"Nope"
"Yes"
"N-"
"Shhhh...listen!!" I say scrunching my eyebrows together. "Do you hear that?" I whisper.
"Hear what?" Harry whispers back looking worried. I hear the weird sound of footsteps..almost like hooves.
"...that.." I whisper looking at Harry who I just realized is lying on top of me. He nods and his eyes widen. I shove him off me and he rolls off onto the car floor with a thump.
"Owwww..." he says rubbing his forehead. I ignore him and crawl over to the side of the car. Harry joins me and we both peak over the edge. We both sigh out in relief, as we see what was making that weird sound and what had ripped Harry's beanie of his head.
"Some yeti huh?" I say jokingly elbowing Harry. He sticks his tongue out at me and gets out of the car.
"How was I supposed to know that it was actually Daisy the cow that she took my beanie?" Harry says approaching the animal.
"How did you not see there was a fence?" I asked. He smiles at me sheepishly.
"I reallllyyyy had to pee, and I saw the perfect tree to go behind...I thought the fence was just there as a decoration."
"Harry you're so cute" I say as I get out and jump on his back, pinching his pink cheeks.
"That's a manly way to describe me isn't it?" he says jokingly. He walks to the side of the fence where Daisy the cow is chewing on Harry's beanie.
"Oh well...she can have it!" he says walking away.
"What? No!!!" I say jumping off his back and pulling his arms towards me.
"What do you mean no?? It's not like I can get it back!!"
"And that is where you are wrong my friend.." I say smiling at him evilly...
