Stars, the brilliant dots of light in the midst of an infinite darkness.
You were his star- no, you were all the stars in the numerous galaxies even passed the Solar System.
But he couldn't ever tell you, he didn't want to ruin what you had.
You were his closest friend, save Bunk Bed Junction.
You were there in his darkest times, and the times where he shone brilliantly. But even his light couldn't compare to your own.
You meant everything to him.
He soon grew tired of hiding it, yet he had no idea if you even mirrored his feelings, let alone if you would even accept his.
He went to the ones he knew knew you better than he did, Zuke and Mayday.

"Let's just let bygones be bygones and forget that little incident. And besides, you saved the city so just remember that. But yes, I'm serious." Nova rubbed at the back of his helmet nervously. "I have so much to tell them but I can't form the words to tell them what I want to say."
"Just let your heart do the talkin', don't think too much about it!" May piped up without looking up from her phone.
"Let my heart do the talking, huh? Hm. . ." Nova tapped the glass of his helmet, his galaxy swirling in thought.

The music cut off before playing your notification tune before starting back up again.
Sighing, you picked up your phone, then perking up once you saw who the message was from.
