Journal: Do I need to say this again?

Let's all get this straight because people are still messing it up.

Fatespeaker did not ruin Starflight's chances with Sunny.
Fatespeaker did not steal Starflight from Sunny.
Sunny turned down Starflight by her own choice.
Starflight accepted her choice by his own choice.
Fatespeaker is here to fix the hole in Starflight's heart, not to steal him. Stealing is taking someone else's thing. Starflight was never Sunny's. Sunny gave him away by herself. It's been shown multiple times that she fully trusts Fatespeaker to take care of him. I've been there before, I've turned down people with crushes on me, and that is the exact feeling that it feels like. People are finding excuses like "Sunny is jealous" or "Sunny secretly likes him" but I'm very doubtful that they've ever rejected someone before or know how it feels.

So I'll tell you now. It makes you feel guilty for putting them through pain and a part of you wants to like them back, but you know you can't because you have to be stronger than that. It feels like a hope that they will be taken in by someone else more worthy. It's not jealousy, it is sympathy.

It's really getting old with people saying that Fatespeaker ruined everything because they somehow got the illusion that Starflight and Sunny were meant to be together just based on a one-sided crush.

That's not how it works, guys, no matter how many sappy thoughts Starflight has about her, they were never together and that is not Fatespeaker's fault. In fact, it was Sunny who "ruined" it. But fans like to put the blame on Fatespeaker instead because I guess they're so so sad and upset that they can't even accept the hard truth and want to blame an innocent for their oh so terrible suffering.

It's kind of upsetting and annoying that I have to say this multiple times, don't you think?
