Chapter 4 (One-on-one with Aomine and who is June Ayakawa?)

Recap:

"I believe Tai-chan will beat you."

"EH?! THAT BAKAGAMI WILL NEVER BEAT ME!! HAHAHAHA HE'S A BAKA AND WE KNOW IT!!"

"WHAT DID YOU SAY, AHOMINE?!"

"YOU HEARD ME!"

"JUST WAIT, AHOMINE! I WILL BEAT YOU!! >:@!"

"HEH! IN YOUR DREAMS!"

Aoyuki sighed and said, "Dai-chan, be prepared."

~3rd Person's POV~

Aoyuki and Aomine walked towards the court. They both know what they're about to do. All of the people in the gym are watching them.

Aoyuki dribbled the ball fastly, not caring if Aomine is confuse.

'Normal Street Ball Style (One-on-one battle) Mode: ON'

Suddenly, Aoyuki's left eye changed it's color. It became black as she dribbled the ball faster. If you're wondering, Aoyuki's right eye didn't change.

Aoyuki ran past him but he reacted immediately.

'Aomine reacted to Aoyuki's move?! Sugoi!!'

Aomine grinned and ran faster. When he was about to touch the ball, she disappeared. His eyes widen and looked back. Aoyuki is still standing in her original position. She smirked evilly and ran towards the three point line then shot the ball. Of course, it got in.

Aoyuki looked back at Aomine who is looking dumbfounded. He got snapped out from his trance when Aoyuki passed the ball to him.

Aomine dribbled the ball fastly, too. While on the other hand, Aoyuki is just standing there with a defensive stance. He somehow can't get pass against Aoyuki because it seems that her defense is pretty strong. So, he drove pass her forcefully and ran full speed towards the hoop and jumped.

He smirked and thought, 'Finally, I can beat my princess.'

He was wrong.

Aoyuki suddenly appeared in front of him and slapped the ball out from Aomine's grasp. His eyes widen when he was slowly falling while Aoyuki is falling fast. It's like gravity and speed are affected by her move. 

She landed on her feet and grabbed the ball. She grinned evilly and ran towards the other hoop and dunked the ball. 

She let herself fall onto her feet then looked back at Aomine who is just standing there. Her left eye changed to blue again as she walked towards him. Suddenly, she hugged him tightly. It caught him off guard but hugged back. He pulled away and said, "You can still beat me. Just like the old times."

Aoyuki smiled warmly and said, "Yeah. Just like the old times."

The both of them walked towards the benches and drank water. All of the people on the gym are dumbfounded. They could not believe Aoyuki beat 3 of the Generation Of Miracles.

Suddenly, her phone rang. She pulled it out and saw the contact name.

'Incoming Call From: Unknown'

"Hey guys, I will only answer this call outside, okay?" Aoyuki said. They all nodded as she proceeded to the gym door.

-Phone Call-

Aoyuki: Moshi moshi?
Caller: Aoyuki....It's me, Reborn...
Aoyuki: Ah! Reborn-san! Why did you call?
'Reborn': Aoyuki...June.....June Ayakawa..
Aoyuki: *Suddenly got serious* What about June Ayakawa, Reborn'san?
'Reborn': H-he has escaped his cell..
Aoyuki: Nani??!! How?! Since when?!
'Reborn': We figured out he escaped last night while everyone was asleep.
Aoyuki: *Growled* *Sigh* As the Sky, Star, Moon, Elemental and Earth Guardian, it's my fault that I left someone like him there. I'm sorry...
'Reborn': No, we're sorry, Aoyuki. When you left him recklessly in our hands, we were glad. But we let him escape. We're so ashamed. You thought and figured out hard to find him and we just let him escape like that...
Aoyuki: No, don't be sorry. Can you please call the guys for a meeting requested by me tomorrow, please?
'Reborn': Your wish is my command, Aoyuki.

-End of phone call-

The man called Reborn ended the phone call as she sighed. Then, she felt a presence behind her. She looked back and saw Kise who looked so confused.

"Yukicchi.. I'm sorry for eavesdropping! I didn't mean it!" Kise said as he saw the look on Aoyuki's face. She sighed and said, "I-it's okay. What did you heard?"

"Everything. Sorry, Yukicchi," Kise said while smiling apologetically at Aoyuki making her sigh again (A/N: She's sighing a lot, isn't she?). She looked down.

"Ne Yukicchi, who is June Ayakawa? And what did you mean by Sky, Star, Moon, Elemental and Earth Guardian?" Kise asked Aoyuki.

"June Ayakawa is.......... No one. And that guardian part, it's a secret that I must not tell,"

"Don't you trust me, Yukicchi?" Kise asked while pouting.

"I-it's not that I don't trust you, Ryou-chan. It's a deep secret I can't tell anyone. The only ones who knew this are my parents and Tet-chan's parents. And if I told you, you will probably ignore or avoid me for the rest of your life and at the same time, your life would be in great danger," As Aoyuki said that, she walked back to the gym.

'Just who is this June Ayakawa? And what did Yukicchi mean when she said that if she told me her secret, I will probably ignore or avoid her for the rest of my life? Sigh, Yukicchi didn't change a bit. She's still full of mysteries.' Kise thought as he sighed mentally.

"Ryou-chan! Will you come inside with me?!" Aoyuki yelled as she waited for him at the gym door.

"Hai!" Kise yelled back as he ran.
