It's been a few days since I woke up, but I haven't been procrastinating as most people would've done. I wasn't hoping to be saved, if anything I doubt I would with this producer guy's amount of wealth and social standing. I've been cutting at the ropes until they were almost about to give in and I'd be free. However, I needed to be patient. I didn't know nearly enough to break out now.

I needed to know the rotations of my check-ups, what weapons they may have on them, there are any guards near the door, and when the most opportune time to stage my breakout. So far, most have the normal cap revolver the police do, but a few have "newer" guns. It's relatively new to them since it's never been made before, but they are just 1911s. I overheard a few of them asking others how the gun was supposed to work.

Only one of those guys with the 1911s come to check on me around six in the morning and would stay a little bit longer than she was supposed to. Killing her would be the easier option, but that may cause problems later in life from a kill so close and personal. I haven't killed anyone before and something like that would cause lasting problems despite it being the most logical decision, I'd just freeze last moment.

I was ready though. I have the information that I need, the timing, and the road map planned for what I have to do. I didn't sleep the night before, I took a little cat nap before the night came to make sure I could actually do what I needed to do. The implants in my eyes came in real handy and they work through thought alone which works in my favor.

The implants gave me a notification that it was time to break out so I cut the ropes and waited beside the door. Five minutes later, right on schedule, the woman came in with food and water as the door closed behind her. I put the knife to her neck and pulled the gun out of her holster.

"Put the food and water on the ground and step away," I demanded in a cold tone. She did so, not having a choice as she had both a knife and a gun pulled on her. "If there is any ammunition on you, drop it, and back away to the other side of the room." She dropped around twelve mags from her hoodie. She walked to the other side of the room with her hands up, a look of betrayal on her face since she pretty much used me to vent her frustrations. I already decided not to kill her, but this may be a subconscious desire not to kill someone who was dependant on me. I don't care, she'll be fine for some amount of time.

I pulled the knife from my pocket and realized that I was going to get an up-close and personal experience with first-degree murder which I hoped wouldn't happen. I opened the door quickly and stabbed one of the guards in the neck, her face one of fear before she was completely void of life as the drug did its job of enhancing my strength. The blade went through her neck, crushed her esophagus, and penetrated her spine. I doubt she felt much.

Her partner didn't get the same treatment as I yanked the blade from her neck and cut open its throat. His hands flew to his neck to stop the bleeding, but it was futile as he convulsed on the floor. His eyes begged for mercy, but I wasn't ready to give up my current situation until I had a reason. It didn't make it any easier watching him suffocate on his own blood. I heard what happens when you suffocate, your organs shut down one by one, so I believe it's the worst way to die and I caused someone to go through that. I couldn't handle it anymore, I just stabbed him in the eye, the blade passing through his now smashed skull. I felt like I was going to throw up after that, but I had no time. I needed to move before anyone finds the bodies. I made sure to lock the door so the woman wouldn't warn anyone, but someone would definitely come across it and unlock the door for her.

I didn't run, I'd only get caught faster if I did; too much noise. I slowly walked away and checked every corner before walking straight or taking a turn. I'm just glad I learned to roll my steps when I was in marching band which reduced even more noise. I wasn't scared of getting in a firefight if that's what people wonder. I was considered to be the best shot out of my siblings with near-perfect accuracy at around 100 meters. Then again, I've only shot a .22 caliber before so going from that to a .45 ACP could be a problem.

That actually got me to think about what kind of bullet I was going to shoot. I dropped the mag and found that it was chambered in .45 ACP so I was going to expect some pretty hard recoil. I needed to do the math on this or I may be fucked. 12 mags with 7 bullets each, that would mean I can shoot around 84 times before I'm out of ammo. If I'm lucky, I will only have to use one mag.

"Attention, our prisoner has escaped and is armed. Two members are confirmed dead, kill him on sight." There goes my cover, I don't need to go loud just yet. They don't know where I'm at so I'm good for now.

Ah, shit. Spoke too soon. Guards are in the way of my exit. This could get complicated real quick.

Within thirty minutes of Hunter's escape, a video was leaked about what happened in the clothing store. Hundreds of thousands have seen it after it was released including those who knew the teen before his disappearance.

"That's what he's been doing? He's been missing for weeks and he's been doing this!" Alice yelled, her voice laced with anger before a follow-up notification appeared. This was from a local news station.

The basics of what it said were that Hunter and the female vulpine succubus, along with two other succubi, were currently engaging in a date. During the said date, one of the journalists spilled coffee on the human causing first-degree burns on the human's skin. They followed up the biology of succubi and why doing what she did ease the pain of the human to put on the clothes with much less pain if she hadn't but escalated due to the two being teenagers. This was later followed up by reports of the human disappearing within a multi-story building owned by the succubi's producer. Links have been made with the recent disappearance and the band's dramatic shift in personality off stage.

Unfortunately, this didn't continue as reports come in of shots fired from the building and police report from the outside saying that it may be coming from a sub-level of the building.

"Oh god, this shit is getting confusing," Damian said as he tried to make sense of what was happening on the screen. The sounds of gunfire continued as police tried to enter, only to get pinned down by gunfire themselves. "OH SHIT!"  One unfortunate cop was unable to take cover in time and was gunned down.

The police were able to hack into the building's security systems to get a clear view of what was going on inside and who was shooting. They saw a few members of the criminal organization within the building firing wildly at something down the hall. The three were quickly put down through bullets through the head. Whatever shot at them moved up and took the ammo the three possessed before continuing through the building in a slow, methodical rhythm.

It ended just before the guy turned to the camera as the power was cut from the building. At least the cops knew that someone was fighting inside and that they were on their side. The small group who knew Hunter already put two and two together. They had seen him practice with his shotgun and running drills on the weekends. They saw how he moved and it was a dead giveaway.

"You think he's going to be alright?" Jack asked, but the jackal already knew the answer.

"Nope, He may just get outside before getting shot. Knowing him; he's probably not even going to try to leave." Zillion said knowing full well that the human was a very spiteful person who loved to destroy overconfident people. "Honestly, it's only a matter of time before he gets to the leader of whatever they call the head of their group."

Unfortunately for Hunter, it wasn't going to be easy to get to the corrupt producer as someone stood in his path.

"Ma'am, are you sure you want to give this person this? If what you told me was correct, this would be more of a suppressant," A man said as he held up a gauntlet with pieces of ice sticking out the side.

"I'm sure. I'm well aware that gauntlets like these are meant to enhance a Kinetic's abilities. I know this will suppress his powers because I'm afraid his abilities are too strong for his body," A woman said as she looked over at the man. She already saw the news and was willing to help him, but it would take time to get where he is.

She cursed the fact her ability was Telepathy and not Psychokinesis.
