"Sasuke, what are you talking about?" Kakashi asked gruffly, a drop of sweat formed under his  headband as Sakura supported his weak body in her arms.
The fourth great ninja war has finally ended. Team seven had successfully saved the world together. They protected the shinobi world from being destroyed. It's time for peace and reconstruction. No more blood or fight. It should be. But his student, no, ex-student was talking the other way.

"I'll call it revolution. For that to happen, I'll have to kill the current five kages." Sasuke said sternly, his black eyes still blank and devoid of emotions. "The war started because of them. If they weren't leading the villages in wrong ways or had a little bit of ability to solve things more pleasantly, the war would have never happened. So many people didn't have to die. My whole clan didn't have to die. They don't deserve to be kages. I will kill them all, gather five nations and rebuild a better shinobi world than any kage can ever does."

Sakura was stunned by the Uchiha's outrage. She had never expected the things she'd been hearing to come out from his mouth. Her voice caught in her throat and the hand holding Kakashi dropped to her side while the other came to clutch on the chest. She moved her lips a few times, attempting to say some wise words but only a shaky breath escaped. The boy she's having a crazy crush was talking about killing her mentor. Without Tsunade, there's no way she would be standing where she was, not even a chance. That woman was like a second mother to her and one of the few people who deeply cared about her despite having a rude mouth and pushing her beyond limits without mercy. She had already seen her dying once and it's heartbreaking, Kami, not again. At the thought, her heart clenched and she began shuddering. Then she felt a warm hand cover her shaking one. Kakashi was holding her hand in an assuring way. But she was too busy to care and her attention was somewhere else.
"No, you can't" Sakura exclaimed as she found her voice back. But those three words were all she could manage to say. That boy, standing in front of her, was completely a different person from the boy she fell in love with. She couldn't remember the cocky but kind boy who was their friend, their teammate, their family. Even after fighting Kaguya alongside with him, she was feeling different and couldn't see the blue shirt wearing boy in him. But right now, she was scared, scared of him whom she was blindly in love with for her entire life.
The hand holding hers gave a light squeeze as if he knew what's going on her mind. She turned up to meet a soft gaze of her sensei. He didn't tell her anything but she understood. She knew what he wanted to say. His eyes were reassuring her that everything will be fine though they both knew it's not. However, she felt a stream of warmth spread through her heart.

"I can and I will," Sasuke's voice broke their eye contact and drew all attentions back to him.

"You know I won't let you do that," Naruto clenched his fists and said firmly. The tension between the two friends went higher as they locked their eyes.

"We'll see." Sasuke smirked and weaved hand signs, quickly causing the ground to shatter and all tailed animals were captured by stones.

"Sasuke!!!" Naruto screamed furiously before he ran on the shattering ground. His new best friend, Kyuubi was locked up and he put his faith in him. Not only him, all the other bijus and all his friends here would be counting on him and he wouldn't let them down by any chance. "I can't allow your avenging plan to go. It's not revolution. It's vengeance. Your hatred for your eliminated clan. I will stop you even if I die."

Sasuke took out his katana from its sheath and pointed it to Naruto who was standing a few yards away as the ground stopped breaking. "Then let's find out if you're strong enough to stop me."

Naruto focused his eyes on Sasuke, his serious demeanor didn't suit on someone like him who always smiled cheerfully and said stupid things. He was wearing the face of a matured man and ready to accept the fate of them. To pull out his best friend from darkness, there's nothing he wouldn't do. "I'm ready."
