Valerie's POV
Ugh...same routine...as usual...Fortunately, my sister, Katrina's birthday is tomorrow, February 5th!! :)
"Hi Belle, mom, good morning!" I greeted
"At first, you called me a cat..and now a bell?!" Kat complained
I laughed so hard...
"Well...KAT is short for Katrina, and BELLE is short for Isabella.." I explained
"I don't care!" she snapped "If you want to call me by my nickname just call me...um...oh! Bella or Katy!!"
Wow...I thought, Those nicknames are not so bad...I was beaten by a 4th grader..
"Alright, fine. Have it your way.." I muttered.
I ate my breakfast, packed my stuff, and commuted going to school..
-At school-
"Hi Tricia" I greeted
"Hi Val!" Tricia greeted back
"Hello, and what are you lovely ladies doing?" Someone said behind our backs
We both turned around and saw Chris
"Oh, Hi Chris!" Me and Tricia both said at the same time..
"Jinx!"
"Jinx again!"
"Jinx!" Chris said, butting in
We both groaned at Chris for ruining the moment..
"Ohhhhkay...so, what's you're 1st class?" I said
"Science: Chem" Tricia said, excitedly
"Home economics" Chris said, excitedly too, yeah, he loves cooking
"Huh, H.E....uh, okay, let's go Chris, we have the same class.." I said
"Ok.." he just said
I actually felt bad for leaving Tricia, alone..after all, she's my bestf riend + I don't want her to get jealous...
When we arrived at class, we sat next to each other..
"So...uh, Tri-er...V-val.." He stammered
OH.MY.GOD. HE ALMOST CALLED ME TRICIA!!
"...Yes?" I said
"Do you...uh...wanna play-"
"But we ALWAYS play that game.." I complained, butting in
He groaned, then I chuckled remembering what he did earlier today
I sighed
"Let's just listen to Mr. Lancelot, okay?"
"......okay."
Tricia's POV
Yes, finally, CHEMISTRY!! My favorite subject!! Mainly because, just like Val, I love mixing chemicals together!
The bell rung, but the teacher wasn't here yet...
Strange...I thought
"Isn't it odd that the teacher isn't here yet?"
"ACK! C-charley! What was THAT for?!" I stammered
He snickered
"Hi Tricia, how are you?"
"I'm fine, thank you.." I said, while smiling
"Why thank you-"
"...fine gentleman, for giving me a heart attack"
He flinched, then glared at me
I stuck my tongue out at him
"So, while waiting for the teacher...do you want to play 20 questions?" He asked
"Sure!"
We kept on asking personal questions, you know, our favorites...well, until he asked:
"Who's your first boyfriend?"
"I don't have one yet...who's your first girlfriend?"
"I don't have one yet..."
"That's too bad..."
"...But I'm saving my first kiss for Val.." he continued
He flinched, looking away...
"Ohh....how sweeet!!" I teased
"S-shut up!" He stammered, blushing
"J-just...please don't tell Val.." He pleaded
"Alright" I agreed
After our conversation, the teacher finally arrived and class started..
*Time skip, to dismissal..*
*RIIINNNGGGG!!!*
Yes! Finally, it's dismissal! I can't wait to go to the mall with Val & Chris!!
I ran around the school looking for Val, then I finally found her at the exit of the school..
I sat down on a vacant bench to catch my breath..
"OH, Tricia! What happened? Why are you out of breath?!"
"I...was...looking...for..you..." I muttered
"Well, are you ready to go?" she asked
"Yup, I already have my parents' permission.."
"Ok, lets go-"
"Wait, where's Chris?"
We both looked around, Chris wasn't here yet..
Where IS he?
