Manik sighs worriedly when the 20th call he made didnt connect.
It has been more than a day he is trying to connect to his love, Nandini. But failed. Her phone is switched off. Even no one is answering the landline at their home.
He tried contacting Cabir, his buddy to whom he has asked to take care of his love. But his phone is also switched off.
And his worries rises when he contacted in company and got to know the two of them are on leaves.
Last time when he left her alone she caught with a bad flue. Not because she missed or cant leave without him its just that she doesnt take proper care of herself.
Manik sighs and about to dial a number again when he felt hand on his shoulder.
Looking up he found his brother smiling.
Bhai.
Manik said hiding his worried face. He knew if his brother got to know that he is worried about something it will make him worried too.
What are you doing here? Wont you come to the office? Perhaps, you changed your mind.
Armaan asked smiling.
No, I am coming. Papa has asked me to pay a visit to the branch.
Manik said trying to give back a same smile he got from Armaan.
Then what are you waiting? Lets have a breakfast and we will leave together.
Armaan said patting his back to which Manik nods glancing at his phone.
Manik gave him smile keeping his phone back in his pocket and walks with his bhai.
