MHA: Suicide Deku

Before I begin this new prompt I just want to put a WARNING that this prompt is going to revolve around suicide and suicide-baiting. I'm not going to focus a whole lot on the subject and will try to make it as vague as possible while still keeping the prompt understandable. The title itself works as WARNING but better to be safe than sorry incase people want to blame me for not WARNING anyone.

Then lets begin.

What if Izuku took Kacchan's suggestion to jump? What if Katsuki was the one to find Izuku's body? Izuku is dead. It's all Katsuki's fault. He killed Izuku So how is it possible that Izuku is also staring down at his body? What if Izuku really did have a quirk? What if all his quirk needed was to meet certain conditions to activate? Can he still be a hero when only Katsuki can see him?

DA RULES

1: Izuku has to jump. Blunt, I know, but this is a must.

2: Izuku has to turn into a ghost. Whether or not he can pull a Bleach and go back into his body is up to you, but he has to be a ghost.

3: Only Katsuki can see Izuku's ghost. That doesn't mean Izuku can't interact with the world as a ghost, but, for some reason, no one else can see him.

3.5: Whether or not anyone besides Katsuki can hear Izuku is up to you.

4: Katsuki still makes it into the Hero Course. Reasons why are up to you.

5: People have to be suspicious about what's going on with Katsuki.

6: Izuku's abilities are up to you as long as they line up with ghost stories

6.5: Please note that ghost stories can include the more common ghost stories to what you've read in books to what you've seen on tv, anything goes as long as it doesn't go against any of the rules.
