Chapter 9 (Secrets Among Us)

6:57 a.m

Makoto's dorm

Makoto was still asleep but he could feel someone ruffling his hair in his sleep.

???: "Wake up Makoto, it'll be morning soon." It was Sayaka, Makoto smiled at her. "So, how'd you sleep?"

Makoto: "Considering our situation, pretty good."

Monokuma (Loudspeaker): "Gooood morning students! This is your daily breakfast wake up call! As if today another floor will be unlocked including a library and a pool! Plus the infirmary room has been opened to anyone because the writer's an idiot who completely forgot the infirmary was on the first damn floor. But a knew rule has been added to your textbooks. When you use the changing rooms you'll have to scan your E-Textbooks to get in. It'll identify your gender and if your gender matches the room you'll enter without a problem. However, if you try to enter the locker room of the opposite gender... a machine gun will pop out of the ceiling and shoot you to death. For example, let's try it out!" Monokuma tried entering the girl's locker room himself and sure enough... he was shot by the machine gun instantly. Though he unfortunately had multiple spare bodies so it didn't really matter. "So, make sure you don't enter the wrong locker room. Oh and don't bother trying to steal another student's E-Textbook considering that's already against the rules." Then the monitor shut off on it's own.

Sayaka: "Well that's some good news."

Makoto: "Yeah, we should go get some breakfast to. I'll just take a shower after."

Sayaka: "Alright... let's go!" The both of them made their way down to the dining room but before they entered Sakura was standing in front of the doors.

Sayaka: "Oh Sakura. Hello. Did you come to make sure everyone arrives?"

Sakura: "Actually i'm guarding the doors for a different reason. It's a little... heated on the inside..."

Makoto: "Wait is there a fire?!"

Sakura: "Well... that's one way to put it..." Sakura slowly creaked one of the doors open and ad soon as it opened two people were at each other's lungs screaming their heads off.

Female Voice: "-KNOW HOW MUCH OF AN INSULT THAT IS TO SPORTS!?-"

Male Voice: "I HAVE A DIFFERENT DREAM FOR MY LIFE AND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD CHOO-" That's when Sakura closed the door and everything in that room was just inaudible.

Sayaka: "Was... that Hina?"

Makoto: "And Leon?"

Sakura: "They got into an argument because Leon told us he'd rather be a rockstar which was his dream all along, Hina took that as an insult to all sports especially when Leon said he didn't actually care about baseball. Now they've been screaming at each other for the past... few minutes. Hold on, i'll stop this but you might wanna keep this door closed..."

Sayaka: "Ok then." The two of them stood by the door and then Kyoko walked towards the two along with Byakuya.

Byakuya: "Any particular reason you two are just standing there?"

Sayaka: "Sakura's stopping a fight between Leon and Hina." Sakura had then come through the door and no one was screaming anymore.

Sakura: "Ok, you're good now." Eventually everyone else managed to make it to the dining room. Kiyotaka made sure that everyone was here by doing attendance on his own. Then Monokuma popped up on his podium.

Monokuma: "WASSSSSUUUUUUPPPP! Allow me to present to you your next motive here. On these slips of paper I have in my hand with your most embarrassing secrets about each and every one of you. If no one dies within the next 24 hours, i'll reveal each and every one of these!" Everyone was starstruck with their papers and how Monokuma knew their darkest secrets.
