Remnant's Last Straw

As I sliced the Beowulf's head off of its body, I quickly tossed the sword to the sky as I took out my bow and got a triple kill using one arrow, ending with me switching to my shotgun and ending a deathstalker as my blade finally falls and strikes it at the same time I do. I claim my sword from its disintegrating body, and quickly rush further into the forest. Rushing forward using my ever-famous Warlock sprint technique, I come across a large white, shard looking stone. It doesn't take me long to realize just what it is.

"Dawnstar, Analsys."

Dawnstar: "It's... a shard of the Traveler. But how?"

"That's what I'm trying to figure out."

<---Time skip, 3HRs after the shards discovery--->

Ruby: "What? But aren't those, like super rare or something? How is one on remnant?

"I'm... not entirely sure. But if it's somehow related to my arrival here, then it's possible that other things could've also come to remnant."

Yang: "Like what?"

"I have no idea. Maybe more shards, weapons, ghosts, or maybe even other guardians."

No. When could this have happened? The tower... it all happened so soon... at least they got away safely. I guess I should defend... my... position..? Ugh... well, maybe it's better like this. They won't have to worry about another hunter being lost. I guess noone will even care, huh? After all, Stasis is looked down upon.
