Chapter 6

Sami's POV

I can't believe my perfect school record is going to have a detention marked on it. That may make me sound like a geek..... 'It does.' Jenna states cutting in. 'Shut up' I yell back. (Now...back to my rant) ....to not want my school record to be ruined, But I work so hard to get the top grades in school, winning all the games in volleyball and soccer. Even coming to school when I had a temperature of 102. And now all that hard work is going to be ruined.

On the bright side, pretty much the only one, I don't have to wear that disguise while playing games anymore or at all. The braces cause me pain. Especially when the ball gets spiked into my face, causing my braces to cut my lip. Yeeeaah I had to wait a while for my lip to heal. It was actually kind of funny because I talked goofy. My friends had a good laugh at my expense.

By the way Anna is on the volleyball and soccer team with me, while Liz is just on the volleyball team. That's how we met.

**Smack**

A ball hits me in the back of head.I fall to the ground. The room erupts in laughter.

'Ow! My head!' I try to stand up. I yelp. 'My knee.' I think it's sprained.

'Let me at her!!' Jenna snarls.

That's not a good idea! She would rip her apart.

Light bulb!!!

With Jessica gone there would be less bullying done to me. She's kind of like the....'ring leader' in the teasing and taunting that's done to me. *Rubbing the back of my head and the top of my knee* and the pain that they cause me. Physically and emotionally.

Slutty Jessica speaks up, "Whoops! Sorry! I got distracting by the ugly mop on your head."

Not the best insult but it still hurt somewhat. Especially since my real hair is beautiful. But she wouldn't know that because of this stupid disguise. I can't wait until the day I can take it off, I hope it's someday soon....

"Ahhhhhhhh!!" Someone screamed.

I looked up to see some dark hard girl holding Jessica upside down.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!?!" the dark haired girl yelled, "What gives you the right to bully her?!"

Jessica remained quiet which, by the angry looks the dark haired girl was giving her, wasn't a very good idea.

She dropped her.

Ouch! The sound her head made when hitting the floor made my head throb.

But I still can't believe someone other than Jackson, my best friend, is standing up for me. I wish I had a video camera to remember this moment. And that not all people are horrible and mean. I looked at Jessica. Wellll.... At least not mean to me.

Seeing Jessica on the ground in pain instead of me was actually a nice change. Okaay.....In a way I feel bad, I don't like to see people in pain, but she had it coming.

"Answer me when I speak to you." she growled.

I felt someone kneel next to me, "Are alright?" a gentle voice asked.
