The first time you let me go
Those big waves that I saw
I looked back at you
Hoping you wouldn't have to
But No you did not
You let me flee
I was stunned
Came running towards the sea
The waves and I clashed
I was weak and tossed
I never stopped
So I swam back
When I first stepped on the sand
My feet felt that tingly cold water
I was happy thinking it was our day to bond
But it wasn't coz' its time to find my real band
I forgot to ask myself that day
Was my feet happy when I stand on that sands
Was my feet happy to feel that cold water
Was my feet happy to never land on the land.
