Jonah sits outside waiting for something to happen. He was recently dumped by, his now ex, Rebecca Ken. He should have known he had no chance with Rebecca. She is rich, beautiful, and very popular. Jonah is not rich nor poor, somewhat handsome, and not popular unless you count being on the basketball team.
The bell rang and Jonah was headed to Math. Late again.
Before he knew it Math was over and soon lunch had started. He sat at his normal table-alone. Jenna Ken, Rebecca's sister, sat in front of Jonah.
"Hey, Jonah," she said in a cheery, popular voice.
"Hi, Jenna," he said.
"You and Becky broke up?" Jenna asked. All of Rebecca's good friends called her Becky. "I know you did. So anything you wanna ask me? You know... the same thing you asked Becky."
"Sure... do you wanna go... out?"
"HECK YES! YAY! Bye."
Jonah was now all alone again. Only he didn't feel alone. He had Jenna.
