Dear Blake aka Nathaniel aka the worst skater I've ever met,
First of all, you do know that white-out exists, right? There was no need to waste so much precious paper to rewrite your letter, then again, we both know how you feel about plants...succulents in particular.
Reading that back, it sounded a little salty, perhaps sarcasm is hard to convey without the use of emojis but do you see what I'm doing? I'm persevering, continuing to write, to ramble, because I, for one, like trees.
All kidding aside, your letter was probably the highlight of my week, so thank you for that, it was very sweet, totally unexpected but so very sweet. Also, I'm shocked your dentist doesn't send you postcards, I say find a new one, you don't need that type of negativity in your life.
As for my ankle, it's all healed so I'm ready to go back out on the ice and try again, don't worry I'll tell people to stand 20 feet away from me, I don't think I could afford your lawyer fees so I'd rather not risk it.
Vanessa told me to tell you that she's so thankful for the museum passes and that she was blown away by the Sol LeWitt drawing series, whatever that is.
I'm glad we were finally able to meet up for that coffee, long overdue, I agree, and thank you for being so understanding with my decision to focus on my studies.
I must say though, next time you come to New York, perhaps try and look a little crappier, otherwise, my plan will fall apart in record time and I really want to prove Monique wrong.
I kind of like this writing thing, it's fun... different. It also makes me realize how poor my penmanship is, so if you can't read anything I wrote, my bad.
I hope everything's going well for you in Seattle.
Yours Truly,
Cassie Carrington ♡Votes are always appreciated <3
