I wish I could share this view with you

Do you see? How the stars twinkle with glee

How the dark night contrast beautifully

With the stars and those galaxy hues

Where underneath it you'd bloom

As the river reflects this piece

I remember our first kiss

Under the stars, under this tree

A pinky promise sealed

A vow I plan to keep

Under these stars and what water reflects,

I hope you see how the little one

Ignorant like a child's mind,

Hoping she doesn't grow

To keep her safe from the world she expects

If when the time comes, she asks

"Mama, where art thee"

An angel, my sweet pea

With the winds don't you feel?

At dusk, her hugs you feel
