WHEN OVERHAUL HAD LEFT the storage house, Tomura was filled with immense rage. He was consumed by his personal inability to protect his own, the people who would help him bring about the end.
Only when Dabi yelled for his attention, was he snapped out of his illusions.
"Shigarki! It's (y/n)!"
It was if his body moved on its own, arriving at her side he felt his heart drop.
She laid unconscious in his arms, small tears rolling down her rosey cheeks.
"What happened?! What happened Dabi!"
"I don't know! She just clutched her chest and then passed out!"
What do I do?! What do I do?!
Master please help me!

When (y/n) awoke she felt her heart pace ease. Her (e/c) eyes lazily opened to a white tile spread ceiling, although different from the others, she could immediately tell she was yet again in a hospital.
How does this keep happening to me?
Shifting to get up, she felt lingering aching in her chest. Glancing down at her body, she was surprised to see her arms connected to IV's and wrapped in bandages.
"What happened..."
Thoughts rumbled through her brain, she tried to remember what brought her to this state.
She remembered withering in pain, her heart beating out of her chest, the feeling of falling into a daze.
Her thoughts were soon cut short by an unfamiliar doctor stepping into the small room. He was of short stature and had a disgruntled appearance, she had subconsciously associated him with lack of sleep and irritability.
Behind him came a friendly face, or rather eyes. His welcoming features (y/n) had learned to love so we're blocked by an amputated hand.
"Tomura..."
Despite her fragile state she still gave her lover the most loving and warm smile, something that undoubtedly surprised him.
In this moment he felt guilt, he felt regret that she was ever in this dangerous situation. He knew it was foolish, she wasn't attacked or affected by someone's quirk but, an internal issue. A problem completely out of his control yet, he still felt at blame.
"So miss (l/n), I was told you experienced extreme pain then collapsed suddenly yesterday?"
Shaking of his internal battles, he focused on the topic at hand.
Stepping into answer for her, Tomura interrupted, "Yes, yes, yes, we already know that. Now tell me why it happened."
(Y/n) felt touched for Tomura's obvious worry, it hadn't occurred to her how much she had scared the others.
"Yes, based on my tests I have concluded miss (l/n) suffered cardiac arrest... Now to go into further detail I'll need you to answer some questions..."
Shigarki's eyes scanned the mans for any malice, a sign to intervene. Alas he found none, stepping to the side the lab coated man sat on a stool with a clip board and ball point pen.
"Okay, now have you ever felt any sort of extreme change of pace in your heart. It can usually be described as fluttering or skipping."
She nodded and proceeded to respond, "yes but, I don't see what that has to do with this."
Sighing he continued, "bare with me, have you felt nauseous or fatigued constantly?"
She nodded once again
"And lastly, have you experienced shortness of breath?"
"Yes doctor"
"...Alright Miss (l/n), these just confirmed the test results... you are suffering from Ventricular fibrillation. It is a life-threatening heart rhythm that results in a rapid, inadequate heart beat. It starts in the bottom chambers of a patients heart and will cause the heart's electrical system of nerves to malfunction..."
He had paused for a moment, trying to gauge our reactions, "what you have experienced is very rare, there have been fewer that 200,000 cases ever reported. In broad terms, you are experiencing Arrhythmia, which means the electrical impulses in your heart don't work. Moving forward I'll prescribe you medication but, you're likely to have episodes similar to this in the future."
(Y/n) didn't even know how to react, she wondered if it was like cancer, where her time was limited and she had to make the most of it or if it was something she could subdue and never have to worry about it again.
"How long can I live with this? Will I just randomly pass out like I did today?"
"Ah no, so what you experienced today is more like a sever symptom. Hopefully the medication I prescribe will lessen these affects... why don't you get some rest, you have just been though a traumatic event after all."
(Y/n) was riddled with hesitation, she couldn't seem to understand that situation she was in. Turning away, she laid down to rest, hoping it was all a dream.
With no objection the doctor took his leave, leaving Tomura to chase after him.
"Wait! That can't be all you can do! Tell me what's happening to her!"
The healthcare professional halted in his steps, "there's more but, I didn't think it would benefit her in recovery."
Panic over took Tomura, "What does that mean?! What aren't you telling me!"
"Shigarki you brought her here because you can't go to a public hospital... I lost my medical license years ago, the kind of care she needs I can't provide."
"Well tell me what you need! I'll get it for you!"
Sighing the man took a few steps forward, "she would need extensive heart surgery, the most I can do it treat the symptoms. I would enjoy the time you have with her, while it lasts."
The leader of the League get his heart drop, his soul crumble.
"How much time does she have left..."
"In my best estimate a year at most...I'm sorry there wasn't more I could do."
What...

"So you've never gone on patrol before?!"
The newest hero Lemillion was shocked, yet filled with excitement. The younger hero with evergreen hair smiled nervously, "ya... on my last internship there was an attack."
"Ah well I wouldn't be worried about that! I promise, no League of Villains around here!"
Deku flinched as Miro energetically punched the sky, realization made Miro rethink what he said, "ah I'm sorry! I know it's still a sensitive issue."
Waving his hands, Deku continued to walk, "it's okay... it's just still fresh. I just think about her sometimes."
Lemillion didn't really know what to say, it's a hero's job to help console victims! Even if they're other heros!
"I'm sure she's okay! She is a very strong girl!"
Only a painful silence followed, unknown to either heros there was a lingering ear.
"Miro, she's dead."
