Jams pov

After the embarrassment of having Aphrodite, who I found out was named that by my mom, look at me in dorky clothes I sat in the only seat available which was in front of her. Great, just great. I played with my fingers on my lap until I heard something drop. I felt a finger poke me so I turned around seeing her brown eyes stare at me. "Excuse me, Jeremiah can you hand me my notebook please?" I noticed a blue notebook beside my backpack covered with black ink. Different designs stood out but the one I noticed right away was the KISS logo.

A picture had also slipped out from the top of the notebook, so I put my foot over it and picked up the notebook handing it to her. "It's Jam," I said not wanting to come off annoyed but it didn't sound like I did a good job. "Excuse me?" She responded. I repeated it in a more confident tone to impress her. She nodded in response making me cringe internally. Good job, Jam. You really swooned her off her feet.

I then quickly picked the picture up as I grabbed my backpack once the bus came to a stop. I stood at the last step sighing because of the bullying I knew I'd receive. I looked at Aphrodite thinking of how to talk to her or give back the picture but every scenario ends with me looking like a weirdo. I then remembered Lex mentioning he hadn't met her yet so it gave me a perfect opportunity to speak to her.

I offered to take her to my group of friends since I knew she knew Lex, very smoothly if I say so myself. I felt more confident as we walked together and made small talk until I heard Hawk open his mouth, "Hey dork and... Who the fuck is that?" I flipped him off getting embarrassed again especially seeing her laugh in response.

I introduced her quickly to everyone before she and Lex got into their own conversation. I tried to listen to what Hawk said while sneaking glances at her until the bell rang and she said goodbye as we parted ways. We reached our lockers and I kept reassuring the guys that we could easily get the tickets after school. As Hawk began saying something, I looked to the side seeing her walk to her locker. She had guys looking at her yet paid them no mind, it was straight out of a movie the way she walked down the hallway in slow motion. I shook my head away from the thoughts since I just met her. I can't possibly like her, I like Beth. Right?

I looked at the picture and placed it in my locker. I still couldn't wrap my head around it. "Hey, guys, what do you think about her so far?" I moved my head towards her. "She's hot. Great set of tits. Thank god she doesn't reeks of stellas. Fuckin' dogs man." Trip sighed after cupping air around his chest making me grimace. "Who the fuck cares, we are seeing Kiss today and a pair of tits aren't going to distract me. No matter how good." Hawk exclaimed shoving books in his locker.

"Come on man, don't say stuff like that about her. You don't even know her, do you?" I responded looking at Lex who rolled eyes at Hawk. "I don't know, don't care. why do you care, loverboy?" Hawk laughed. I shook my head, "You know how she's my neighbor-" Trip slammed his locker in protest. "Woah. Wait a minute, she lives next door? We have to come over! What if she strip teases through the window just like a porn video." He laughs. "Trip, Shut the fuck up you virgin," Lex says giving his head a push to close his locker.

"I told you guys yesterday. You were probably busy dropping the bong water on the bed again. Anyway, my mom went on and on about her to one of her church friends. I guess she went to a boarding school and came out as some church prodigy child." Their eyes traveled to her looking through her locker frantically.

She slams her locker walking our way. We all straighten up staring at her pass by. Her eyes look up catching all of us staring at her. She smiles at us and waves when we would usually get a look of disgust from other girls. "She's fake." The boys looked at me. "Her tits are fake?!" Trip exclaimed earning us looks of disgust by the passing cheerleaders.
