The Anbu laid out in their broken positions while Shikamaru watched them from a tree stump he created. He was itching to just tear them open and skin them alive. Who did they think they were for touching his children and to make it worse they did it in one of the Leaf's noble clan homes. The Akimichi weren't push overs, they stood in the same rank as the Nara and Yamanaka Clan. The Hokage's personal arms, this would not go lightly for Iwa and if the other nations didn't take action he was sure he and Naruto would tear that village down with their bare hands.

"No body touches my children without my say so." He growled, his pent up frustration had him drawing for something he didn't even think he would need ever again. A cigar, he gave up the habit cold when he found he was pregnant and after they were born he didn't need them for two reasons. One children were around and their baby lungs are so pure and clean and two he just never had a craving for it after it was safe to smoke. He didn't need it anymore, he had gotten over his sensei's death.

Now, he just wanted to run through 30 cases of the stuff just to keep from releasing his shadow. Over the years it had gotten darker because of the training he put himself through. No rule or law was stopping him from learning the forbidden techniques of his former clan. He had known about them for years, studied them to the point he could write it word for word on instinct. But the law always stopped him from putting it into practice. Not anymore though, not after the night Naruto whisked him away.

He unsealed a cigar box from his wrist and opened it up. He walked with that box everywhere, it was the last one he bought before he got pregnant. And the seal on his arm stopped  the things he sealed from aging. So these were fresh, prime cigars. He picked up the small match box that came with it and light up his first one. His shadow moved on it's own attaching to a tree and when it retreated the tree wilted and turned to ash and blew away into the wind. Shikamaru didn't even bat an eye as the shadow slowly went around the clearing wilting every tree in the vicinity.

If you looked closely you would realize that with every tree the shadow connected with it took the shadow of the tree which resulted in it wilting and fading into dust. Humans and objects cannot survive without a shadow, without a shadow your existence means nothing and you fade into dust carried away by the winds. It was the first and most dangerous Nara technique he learned, he would never have to worry about the length of his shadow again. With each shadow he stole the longer, darker and physical his became.

He smoked idly only acknowledging his shadow when it danced too close to one of the Anbu. He touched his bond mark and sent a calming wave through it. Hopefully the kits were calm now.

The Hokage meeting was going right along but every Kage noticed how out of place Kurotsuchi was being. She jumped whenever her name was called to answer to something they were working out. Or she stared into space with a shocked or worried look on her face. It all became apparent when the door flew off it's hinges and a half feral Naruto came inside.

"You disgusting bitch." He snarled with echoed off the walls. Anbu who wanted to interfere were brought to their knees by his malicious intent flaring off in waves. "Who told you you could try to touch my children." The other Kages had become aware of what was truly happening.

"I sensed them you know, from the very morning but I put it off as the others being nosey but imagine my surprise when I felt two warning signals in the span of 5 minutes apart from each other. My kits were facing trouble. And you dared to drag Choji's daugther into it. Do you know how soaked my pants are with tears." He stood over her and smacked her across the room. She hit the wall creating giant cracks as she coughed up blood. Naruto jumped over and gripped her by her hair and started to drag her out of the room.
