Chapter 2: Yeeted By The Merman

"Aish, why does turning into human doesn't include clothes?" the prince of Atlantica, a merman, Choi Beomgyu, scratch his nape.

After arguing with his parents, he was stupid enough not to go by a near island where mermaids like him get clothes before going on the land to change into a human. Now, he faces the consequences, he is naked. He looked around for some neighborhood with hanged clothes, but all he can see was white blankets.

"Guess I got no choice then." he sighed in his thoughts. He grabbed two blankets, wrapping the other one in the waist while the other one on his top, looking like a bathrobe. He found a mirror and checked himself. "Is this how humans suppose to dress? This looks weird as hell." he shrugged and continued on his way.

After literally days of walking, of course he got hungry. He rubbed his belly and pouted, thinking how will he get food. He was in a place filled with tall buildings and many people. He pulled his hair in frustration, completely oblivious to the fact that people were giving him strange looks. "I'm hungry and I haven't slept, how the hell can humans eat and sleep?." as if on cue, he saw a stall filled with people and students. He went there taking some flyers from strangers.

Arriving at the food stall, he saw humans putting it into their mouths. Assuming it was food, he grabbed one and was about to walk away but stopped by the vendor. "Sir, that fish cake costs 2 won, can I have your money please?" she asked while reaching her hand.

Money? What's a money? Soobin hyung never taught me that? He only said their papers. Oh maybe it's the one I'm holding! He exclaimed to his self. He reached out the flyer but the woman throw it on his face.

"ARE YOU PAYING ME WITH FLYERS?! YOUNG MAN I WORK FOR DAY TO NIGHT! IF YOU CAN'T PAY ME I'M CALLING THE POLICE! LEAVE!" she angrily shouted. Beomgyu, having no other choice, ran to the nearest place his legs would take him.

He panted and wiped away his sweat. The prince looked around and noticed he was in somewhat a dark alley surrounded with tall buildings.

He scratched his nape. Great! Now I'm fucking lost! He thought. He was about to go out of the alley when he was shoved at the wall and felt someone tying his hands.

"Now I've got you prince!" it said.

Fuck how did he- I've never seen him in the ocean before.. Fuck it. As he said that in his head, he kicked the stranger and it sent him flying over a garbage can far away.

Mind you, when mermans and mermaid have legs, they have a strength no human can match. It's either you will have a broken arm or spine. Let's just say every piece of your bones has 100% chance of being broken.

Oh and, they can control water.

"YOU PEICE OF SHIT GET BACK HERE?!" the stranger said angrily.

When he was release, the prince ran and ran until he winced in pain and saw his feet have scars already. He kept looking back and making sure he lost the guy but he didn't not notice a car coming at his direction. He just turned his gaze when he flinched at the loud honk. He closed his eyes because of the bright light and to prepare himself if he will get hit, but luckily, he didn't feel anything. He slowly opened his eyes and he saw a pink hair guy stucking his head out of the window of the car he's driving with a furious expression.

"HEY! ARE YOU FUCKING OUT OF YOUR MIND? ARE YOU PLANNING TO DIE? CAN'T YOU CROSS THE STREET PROPERLY? THERE'S A PEDESTRIAN THERE NOT FAR FROM HERE FOR HAVEN'S SAKE!" it snapped.

Seriously, the moment I stepped on this city these humans are yelling at me... Jeez can't they just talk nicely? Beomgyu mentally scoffed.
