when hoseok left the room, i was still happily eating until i felt the ground shake and some of the things dropped but i held my plate full of food in my hands

i mean...

do you really want to drop your food?

amanda and the guards in the room were shock and when i looked at the time, i saw that it was 12:04

does this mean that the attack is happening soon

as i remembered about hoseok's words, mostly about the story he had with lucas, i started wondering where was it that i had heard that name because that name was so familiar that it felt like it was just yesterday that i heard that name

i immediately stood up from the bed and placed my food on the night stand and went to a table in my room

❝ mrs jung- i mean y/n! what are you doing? you have to stay in this room until things get better! why are you heading to the main door? guards! block the door! ❞

amanda screamed and i turned around to look at her

❝ wait are you sure that this is the main door? i forgot which door it is to get papers and pens. ❞

i said sheepishly and amanda lead me to the correct door which i then got out some papers and a pen when i placed it on the table, i began planning it out and i bet that the guards and amanda were confused of what i was doing

i began planning out when i first met hoseok and then i traced back to my high school years and then my middle school years

wait... was it in middle school when i met hoseok for the first time?

then remembering the story about the two of them, i then wrote down my analysis about that we three met each other in middle school but how on earth does he look like?

❝ amanda! do you have a photo of hoseok when he was like in middle school with me? or if you have a photo of this so-called lucas and him? also, if you can find my middle school photo, please bring it to me. ❞

i told amanda and she nodded her head and went around the big ass room to search for your photos

as she was doing that, i started recalling about my middle school times

how on earth did i meet hoseok and lucas in middle school

were we classmates?

i can't really remember lucas's look and hoseok's look except for the fact that i have met hoseok 2 years ago

as i was zooning out, one of the guards snapped me out of it and amanda arrived

❝ uhh... mrs jung? may i know why you want hoseok's middle school picture? ❞

one of the guards asked and i turned to face him

❝ please. call me y/n and yes you question. the thing is, when hoseok told me the story of him and lucas when he was younger, i know that there must be something to do with me but i can't remember which part. i mean... i met hoseok just 2 years ago which which is like in high school and i could only remember high school while middle school was a bit faint for me. all i remembered was that i helped a boy who kept on being bullied by the other guy. like he was lucas and the guy i helped was hoseok. i still don't know who is who, and what is what. ❞

i told the guards and amanda gasped quietly but when i turned around to look at amanda, she quickly closed her mouth and then handed me the photos

when i looked at the photos amanda handed me, i immediately gasped and was honestly so shock to know that hoseok was the guy iwas helping and lucas...

just after i said ti, one of the guards received a mind-link from one of the other guards saying that lucas has arrived

how i know that, he said out loud but when the guards wanted to help the guards that are going in combat while amanda refused and demanded that they stay by my side and protect me

i had no idea what to do because i was in a confusion

i kept on looking at the fight between them and i was helpless until i had an idea

i actually had 9 guards and to think about it, maybe all i needed was 2 guards

so that means that the other 7 guards can go into combat

❝ guys! how about this! 7 of you go into combat and only 2 stay by mine and amanda's side? i think that way will be better because 2 of you will still be protecting me when i feel that lucas and his men will not find me here and 7 of you get to help the other guards who need help! how about that? i think like this it will be better. ❞

i suggested them and 7 of them rushed out while 2 of them stayed with me and amanda

❝ well... i guess it's only the 4 of us then! well now, ihave to clean up the mess i made and then i guess one of you can look out for lucas and his men through the window and like the other one can block the door incase if they found me and break the door. ❞

i said and the 2 guards immediately went to the places where i recommended them

while for amanda, i told her to stay by my side no matter what throughout this war
