this is from y/n's pov so i will write this chapter based on her pov !!

the next day flew by like it was nothing and poof, lucas may be preparing the attack at any moment

when i woke up, hoseok was not beside me or in the room which made me think that he may be somewhere else in this castle

when i walked to the window, i saw families leaving their house, carrying their necessities in a bag and heading south, towards the castle

immediately, i rushed down to the lobby to see many families and not caring if i am in my sleep wear or not, i rushed to them and looking after the younger ones

i know what you are thinking

vampires have kids?!

i know that it is hard to believe but remember the band h/m/n talked about?

only 5 put of all are allowed to have the band and if they want, the people that have those can lend the other families and the other families can then have kids when the band is worn on them

i looked at the "kids" and comforted them, espically those younger families

❝ hi are you alright? everyone alright there? omg but why are they here? will there be enough space for everyone? will everyone all be comfortable? ❞

i mumbled under my breath, worried for everyone's sake

❝ hey, mrs jung! here! ❞

i looked up to where i heard the voice from and saw veronica at the second level, with a worried and scared look plastered on her face

❝ oh my! mrs- y/n you shouldn't have gone done or left the room! mr jung is now angry and is fuming mad because you left the room! we have to get you back to your room before he gets even more angry! ❞

veronica exclaims and gently dragged me to the room and i am honestly scared of what he will do to me

when we reached the door of our room, even before i could open the door, hoseok opened it with a mad expression and pulled me in before slamming the door close

❝ what do you think you are doing out there?! have you forgotten that we all are vampires?! and that you are a human and it is not like us?! do you know what they could have done to you?! they could have sucked your blood and leave you because you are not mated by me! do you know how scared am i?! ❞

he practically screamed in my face

❝ i'm sorry... ❞

i mumbled and looked down with a pouty face as i just wanted to help them

❝ i-i just wanna help them. they seemed like they were uncomfortable and i felt like i couldn't just ignore them. ❞

i said pouting and then hoseok glanced at me and turned back around

❝ d-don't give me that look! ❞

he demanded but i had no idea what he was referring to and i still had my pouty look plastered on my face

❝ what look? ❞

i asked innocently and he clenched his fist and turned back around to look at me

❝ t-that look you're giving me. that pouty face of yours. s-stop it. ❞

he said and a light blush crept up his cheeks

❝ why? ❞

i asked innocently again  and he lost it and half stomped half walked towards me and kissed me

when we broke apart from the kiss, he looked at me in the eye

❝ you totally know my weakness don't you? that cute ass pouty lips of yours make me all soft and i just broke down in front of you and now you know how to not make me angry. by doing that pouty face. ❞

he said and squealed in front of me, before regaining back his composure

❝ now i have to really warn you now alright. don't go near to any of the vampires because first, we have not made sure if they are really form our village as some of the vampires are strays. some of them may also be those evil ones, like those who suck out every drop of blood from humans like you and leave them dead once they are done. or some of the vampire out there may be part of lucas group. and plus, we don't know what lucas is planning. so i want you to stay in the room unless if it's dinner or if you need veronica, lizzy or amanda you can open the sort and call down the hallway. i only can trust those three to be with you. understood? ❞

he asked and i nodded

❝ good and make sure to look the door at all times alright? now i have to go and help the guards and check if the vampires that just came in is really from the village. lizzy will serve you breakfast soon alright? stay safe ok? ❞

he said and pecked my forehead and ruffled my hair

❝ alright! ❞

i piped up and he kissed my cheeks once more and left the room and i rushed to lock the door like what he wanted

now, all we have to wait for is the war that is coming soon
