'It's been one hell of a year.'
That's all that was running through your head while you were getting ready.
Flash backs from the past 6 months ran through your head.
Moving to Korea for a boy and that boy who ended up being the worst trash bag you've ever dated.
All his friends had become your friends and then all of a sudden with the break up, you felt all alone.
None of his friends had even bothered to check on you after the break up and it sucked.Sure you could move back home, but that felt too much like giving up. Okay, sure your parents would be happy if you went back, but all the people back home that had said "you're crazy moving countries for a boy" would have been right. Plus you liked Seoul, you had met some lovely people and surely you could make it on your own...Right?
You looked around your apartment wondering just how long you could keep paying for this place. Once you had broken up with your ex that had meant finding a new place to live and feeling far too awkward working at the cafe with your exs best friend. Letting out a sigh you tried to put those negative thoughts behind you, at least for tonight.
You had run into one of the bouncers from one of your favourite clubs the other day at the coffee shop right after a big cry session after quitting and he had convinced you that a night on the town was just what you needed. At least you knew the club he worked at and some of the other staff who worked there seemed pretty nice so going alone didnt seem all that bad.
If you were going to do this you just had to get use to being alone for a while and try to make some new friends.
'Make your own fun y/n!' You said to yourself in the mirror, slapping your cheeks a little trying to hype yourself up.
Even if you could just grab one guy tonight, maybe that would help you get over your terrible ex and make you feel like you were moving forward a bit. That reminded you to take your contraception pill and you put it in your purse with your phone and wallet.
With your sexiest dress on, heels strapped and hair and makeup perfect, you were ready.
You made it to the club, giving your friend a big hug at the door.
"First shots are on me!" He said to you.
"Do I look that nervous?!" You said back, chuckling a little trying to make light of the situation. You knew he was right though, three drinks and you'd relax a little bit (and honestly, the sooner the better.)You made your way over to the bar where you saw one of your acquaintances pouring out drinks.
"Y/N!!!" They yelled, calling you over and pulling out a fresh glass.
"It's been a while, time to get wild again huh?" They said pouring you a drink.
"Yeah I guess so, gotta start somewhere right?" You said nervously.
You looked around the club a bit, gazing over boys but not really seeing any you liked. It was a busy night that's for sure, but maybe you just weren't feeling ready yet. Letting out a sigh you shot back the drink and asked for another. Two drinks down and your hips were swaying at the bar to the beat of the music. Three Drinks and you almost had the courage to hit the dance floor. Looking around again you caught the eyes of a kinda cute boy, but looked away doubting yourself. Too late. Before you knew it he was there next to you at the bar buying you a drink.
"Hey pretty thing." The tone in his voice dripping with cheesy drunkenness. 'Gross.' You thought to yourself.
"Thanks for the drink." You said as you gave him a half assed smile.
You didn't want to be rude so you quickly started the drink so you could finish it and move on. All of a sudden as you were taking a sip you felt his hand slip under the back of your dress to your panties. You were immediately grossed out.But this is what you wanted... wasn't it? Just a one night stand to help you get over your ex? You looked him in the eyes as he drunkenly licked his lips and winked at you. His fingers fumbled over your panties in an attempt to turn you on.
A little voice in your head spoke up. ' We're meant to be moving forwards not backwards y/n!'
The voice was right.
"Wow you don't mess around do you? I'd rather you didn't." You said, moving away from his touch.
"Hey! I've paid." He replied as he pushed your glass towards your lips so you'd take another drink. Did he really think you'd be that cheap? He tried again, his hand grabbing your butt. Throwing the rest of your drink back, you looked him dead in the eyes.
"Word of advice, good girls like me aren't that cheap." You turned away from him and hit the dance floor hoping to loose him in the crowd. A few minutes and he was right back behind you.
"You know I'd pay more..." He said breathing down your neck, his hands now on your waist.
"I'm not a thing for you to buy." You replied grabbing his hands and moved them off you while heading back to the bar in the hopes you could find your friend at the bar so they could have your back. Just your luck, they must be on break. Ah well, hopefully he got the picture. You ordered another drink since you were there and finished that one, starting to feel pretty drunk now. Of corse this night wasnt going anywhere near how you wanted it too. Checking your phone for the time you felt a glass slide across the bar and hit the side of your phone.
"If you don't like me by the end of this one, then I'll leave you alone. Promise." You looked up to see the same guy AGAIN!
Dude really can't take a hint. As if to prove a point, you threw it back in one gulp and turned to walk outside to find your bouncer friend. Walking up the stairs you realised that the drink had definitely tasted weird. It's hit you hard!
'Just to the top of the stairs and you'll be fine.' You told yourself. You got there and your friend was nowhere in sight.
A new guy had taken his place and before you could ask anything you felt someonegrab your wrist. There he was again. The pavement was spinning and you knew you weren't going to be able to shake this guy.
You kicked behind yourself, causing him to fall back down the stairs and you took the opportunity to run.Catching your breath, you finally looked back to check he wasn't there. He wasn't, but you weren't even sure where you were. Everything was spinning and the people passing by around you were starting to give you strange looks. You ducked down a little side street, trippping in a puddle.
That was it. You fell to pieces. Everything was terrible. 'Why did I even try?' you thought to yourself. Everything felt like it was giving away beneath you, either you were really drunk or your drink had been spiked, or maybe you hit your head when you fell. Who knew. Not like it Mattered anyway. You hugged your purse as your eyes shut and you passed out...
