Avatar's Love (Aang x Reader)

Y/N's POV

I knew I should've stayed in the village and wait for them to come back!! 

This is suicide!! 

The ships were aligned in two rows, it is like a gate, a deadly kind of gate! I bet my life that we wouldn't pass in that blockade without getting burned!

"If we go north we can go around the fire nation ships and avoid the blockade. It's the only way!" Aang said. 

"There's no time!" Katara yelled at him. I hold onto the saddle for my dear life!

"This is exactly why I didn't want you to come! It's too dangerous!" He yelled at us. 

"And that's exactly why we're here!" I yelled back at him. 

"Let's run this blockade!" Sokka yelled. 

"Appa, yip yip!" 

Appa flew at an incredible speed. We got closer and closer towards the blockade. 

Andd I was right. We won't get past through that blockade without getting shoot out by thousands of fireballs.

We all screamed in terror. Aang managed to dodge the attacks by shifting left and right, "Ooohh, I think I'm gonna throw up!!" I yelled at them and began to gag. 

"Try to hold it in!!!" Sokka yelled. I hit him at the back of his head. 

Two fireballs collide creating a cloud of smoke and Appa went through that. Unfortunately, he got hit by small flames and somehow burned his fur. I forced myself to crawl over to reach out for the burning area and tried to kill it. I failed miserably since I felt a little dizzy.  

"Appa! Are you okay?!" I heard Aang yelled. I didn't know what happens next since I just closed my eyes and prayed to the spirits to make this all end!

I felt like we were flying farther up, I opened my eyes and saw that we're in above a big cloud. Just when I thought that we're finally somehow safe, another set of fireballs penetrated the clouds and Aang tried to dodge them. 

Another two fireballs collapsed making another cloud of smoke startling Appa, making Sokka and I tumble back. 

I closed my eyes and the next thing I knew, I was falling! So does Sokka! 

"AAAAAAHHH!!!" I screamed in terror. 

I got so scared and I feel like my visions starting to blur.

"SOKKA! Y/N!!!" Was the last thing I heard before it all went black. 

Aang's POV

"Sokka!! Y/N!!!!!" I yelled and pulled Appa's reigns back and dived down through the clouds, all the way down to the sea and right under Sokka and y/n. 

Sokka reaches his hand towards Katara, and she grabbed his hands and pulled him back to the saddle. 

I looked for y/n and she's still falling and she's unconscious! Noo!! I can't afford to lose her!!

I didn't hesitate and took my glider and ran towards Appa's tail. I opened my staff and flew towards her. 

She was so close to falling into the water, I struggled and reached for her. I got close to her just in time and gripped her waist. And flew back to Appa. 

I laid her in the saddle and Katara holds her tight. I went back to Appa's head and grabbed the reigns. 

 The fire navy ships shoot another set of fireballs and I tried my best to dodge them. We're now speeding up towards them, they stopped shooting, and we're almost across the blockade.
