Y/N's POV
Another day came, Aang was pacing back and forth on Appa's saddle. He was panicking. He's been like that ever since we leave the crescent island.
"Would you sit down? If we hit a bump you'll go flying off!" Sokka said annoyingly. He's driving Appa at the moment.
"What's bugging you anyway?" Katara asked.
"It's was avatar Roku said. I'm supposed to master all four elements before that comet arrives." He told us.
"Okay, let's see. You've pretty much-mastered airbending and that only took you a hundred and twelve years. I'm sure you can master three more elements by next summer." Sokka said which only made Aang panic even more, not to mention, frightened.
"Sokka! You're not helping!" I rebuked him.
"I haven't even started waterbending and we're still weeks away from the North pole! What am I gonna do?!" He started walking in circles.
I grabbed his hand and made him sit in front of me, "Calm down, it's gonna be okay." I told him.
"If you want, y/n and I can try and teach you some of the stuff we know," Katara suggested.
"You guys would do that?" He sounds hopeful. Not a bad idea!
I crawled at the side of the saddle, "We need to find a good source of water first." I told them and they did the same thing I did.
"Maybe we can find a puddle for you to splash in!" Sokka suggested.
"Let's do that!" I exclaimed enthusiastically.
Minutes later, Sokka landed us near a huge waterfall surrounded by trees. This is a nice puddle! And a place to sleep for tonight.
"Nice puddle," Sokka said with a bored face while the rest of us were staring in awe at the 'puddle' Sokka took us.
Appa dived down on the river creating a big wave and Momo got soaked.
"Yeah! Don't start without me, boy!" Aang takes off his clothes and was about to dive in when Katara spoke, "Remember the reason why we're here."
Pft, killer joy...
"Oh, right. Time to practice waterbending," Aang said and he put on his pants.
"Great! So, what am I supposed to do?" Sokka asked.
Aang picked up a small branch of a tree on the ground, "You could... clean the gunk out of Appa's toes?"
Sokka gave him a deadpan look, "So while you guys are playing in the water, I'm supposed to be hard at work picking the mud out of the giant bison's feet?"
"Mud and bugs!" Aang smiled at him. He stared at him for a moment, "Okay!"
"Great! Now that's settled. Y/n? Why don't you teach Aang first? Since, you know, you trained at the North pole before?" Katara asked me.
Oh yeah, haven't I mentioned before that I teach Katara everything I learned from training at the North pole? Guess not.
"Woah, you trained at the North pole before?" Aang asked me. I nodded.
"And I also taught Katara everything I know whenever I was home."
"Believe me, she's like the best waterbending master I know, despite her age," Katara said proudly.
