Volunteer or Reaped: Volunteers to take the place of his little brother, Danny (12 years old) who was reaped.
Family: He has a younger brother named Danny who is 12 years old. Their mother works as a teacher at district 8 and their father is a heavy drinker who is never at home all the time. Alec has to always wear the pants in the house.
Background: He volunteers to take Danny's place, knowing it was the right thing to do and because he loves his little brother very much, but in actual truth, he had taken his little brother's place without a second thought because he vows to protect Desiree, making sure that she is safe and makes it out alive, even if it costs him his life. Alec works in a factory in District 8, where most of the clothes in Capitol are made. He would always pass by Desiree's dress shop, watching her from a distance, but never talking to her because he never thinks that he is good enough for her. Alec was in shock when he sees that Desiree volunteered to take the place of a little girl. It touched his heart, making him promise himself to protect her by volunteering, not caring which boy that would be reaped.
Looks: He has soft brown eyes, dark brown hair and is tall and not too thin or too muscular.
Personality: He has always been the responsible older brother. Alec is logical in thinking and can be quite the charmer. He is a people pleaser, always putting people in front before himself. He has had a crush on Desiree for as long as he could remember, but never has he made any moves. Alec is serious, but finds that he can let loose and have a laugh whenever he is around Desiree (when they're in the Capitol)
Strengths: He's quick at thinking, good at analyzing situations and also reading people. Alec is strong, good at hand in hand combat and is great when it comes to survival.
Weaknesses: Does not know much when it comes to healing himself or medical stuff. When he is hurt, Alec is not sure how, why or what to do. Luckily Desiree does! :)
Weapons: A sword (I have no idea what weapon actually, so just give him anything you got)
District Token: a pendant made out of the same stone Desiree has on her token, but they don't know it yet
