Night before she left...

I was walking down the hall. Dinner was ready 2 minutes ago. I sat on table surrounded with my mother Heidy and father Lucas.
"You're the first one to come. Oh, you have always been the most caring child. Don't tell that your siblings!" - my father smiled.
Doors opened and my little sister Kalia entered followed by my brothers Emil and Theo. They greeted us and sat down.
On the table was a big bowl of soup waiting to be eaten.
An hour later, I was getting back to my room. Kalia and me were the last ones to leave dining room. We were talking, I gave her a kiss on the cheek and then she went to her room. My room was last one in the hall. I opened my big room door, but before that I heard my father behind me.
"Darling, close your windows and balcony door tonight!" - he said nervously but acted like his words were something irrelevant.
"Why? I mean, I always close it but is there a reason?"
"It will be a cold night." - he smiled and got into his room.
I turned, entered my room and laid on my bed. Everything in our home was massive. Or should I said our palace. On my nightstand was a book waiting for me, I started reading it and soon fell asleep.
Two hours later, a cold air woke me up. My balcony door was opened. I rubbed my eyes and closed it. "Did I left it open on accident?" - I thought. Probably. That's funny, because earlier my dad warned me about it. Oops, I hope I don't get cold.
Before I went back to bed, I had to go to bathroom when I heard noises. I paused and stopped breathing so I can hear what is happening. My heart was beating faster and faster. Noises were coming from my parents room but I could only hear unclear noises. Then I figured out that my parents were fighting.
"They hate us after what happened with your great grandfather! Trust me, they will not leave us alone." - my mother said to my father as I leaned against my wall which was dividing my room from my parents room.
"Darling, we can't do anything. You know who they are, they are not like us! And it's not about our money or wealth. It's about Rose and you know that." - dad answered and I froze. About me? What are they talking about, and who are they mentioning?
"I know and that's the part which I'm scared of. She is almost turning 18 and we can't stop them. That's why they are doing this! Emil and Theo said they saw someone in woods the other day. I am sure it was them. They are looking and waiting. They will be looking around and following every our move. She can't be with us. Rose can't stay here!"

I moved and slowly got back to bed. Something is happening and I can feel it. Why can't I stay here, what is happening? This is driving me crazy. If they don't want me here then I will leave. I don't want to get them in any danger.
I started writing letter, only to say goodbye. I shouldn't take anything with me because they will recognize my dresses, clothes or shoes. Only thing I'm taking with me is my ring. In my family it is tradition for girl to get a unique ring on her 16th birthday. It was meaning for me.
I wrote the note, left it on my bed and got dressed. I put on pants, T-shirt and jacket. Not my usual style so it will be good.
I heard steps coming toward my room so I got into my bed and pretended to be asleep. Someone opened the door and then closed them after 10 seconds.
As the hour pointed it was 3:38 in the morning, my hand slowly opened my balcony door and I somehow jumped down at the back of my home. I wanted to go in direction opposite of the road which leads to our home because I suppose they will first start looking for me on the road and in that direction. But I am going in the opposite one, which leads to woods. At the edge of the woods, I looked back on my castle and then took a glimpse of my ring. Will I ever go back?
Then I ran into the woods and didn't turn back.
