"Don't worry, you got this! The worst he could say is no" Noah says trying to hype me up.
"I can't do it" I say, adrenaline pumping through my veins.
"Yes you can"
"No I can't"
"Yes you can! The worst thing thats gonna happen is he rejects you."
"I can't do it, i'm just gonna go to class."
"MYRA! Just do it I can't take this anymore" Noah says sharply.
"FINE I'LL DO IT!"
I walk up to him. I walk up to the dreamy eyed, 6ft tall, sweet but sarcastic boy named Kai.
"Hey Kai!" I say a little too eager.
"Hey Mai! Whats up?" He says.
"Omg u know I hate it when you call me that!" I say, blushing a little.
"And that's exactly why I say it!" He says, smirking.
"Can I talk to you for a sec?" I ask, my heart beating a million times a second.
"I have to go to class in 5 minutes, but sure," He says with a smile on his face.
"I wanted to tell you this for a long time. I like you, and not just in the friends way. I think we should be more than friends. I wanted to tell you sooner but I couldn't build up the courage until now." I blurt out, trying to keep my heart from exploding out of my chest.
"Oh..." he says, a shocked look on his face.
