Addison's POV

After the fight, I was talking to some of my friends about what happened. They were all laughing about Piper waiting to start a fight out of nowhere, but I had more important things to worry about. I didn't care about what Piper did 99% of the time, but picking a fight with Dixie's sister was beyond insane. She knows how Dixie is, if anyone dares to touch Charli she will literally go for blood. But since she decided to disappear right after pretty much screaming "I would like to be murdered please", I'll have to deal with Dixie myself, and it definitely wasn't going to be fun.

I was brought out of my thoughts by a very scared Sienna telling me to look behind, and so I did. I was greeted by a furious Dixie running in my direction from down the hall. As she began to get closer my heart started to race faster and faster until she was face to face with me.

- I AM GOING TO KILL HER YOU HEAR ME ADDISON! YOUR LITTLE PET PROJECT GOT MY SISTER SENT TO THE ER YOU FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT! SHE'S IN CRITICAL CONDITION AND COULD DIE! AND IF SHE DOES IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT! - She screamed, her eyes, that usually seem to shine whenever I looked at them, were now lifeless.

I stayed silent, I didn't know what to say. After all, what can you say to someone who's worried they're gonna lose their sister.

- SAY SOMETHING! - her voice was desperate, and seeing her like this, made me want to take my own life, just to make everything she was feeling, disappear. I owned her that.

- Can we talk about this in private? - I asked. She laughed, sarcastic, but my face didn't dare to flinch. Any sudden movement could make us both do things we would regret.

I told her to follow me and we went to the school's bathroom. Luckily it was empty.

- I'm sorry ok! I have no idea why she did that - I whimpered, truthfully, hoping it would be enough to light the situation.

- Oh save it, Easterling. Now you listen very carefully to what I'm about to say. I WILL DESTROY YOU, AND HER, AND EVERY ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE YOU SO CALL FRIENDS. Your life...is over - now the only thing her eyes transmitted was pain, and an undying urge to revenge. I don't blame her, I wouldn't dare to.

She looked at me one last time, before heading to the exit, but before she could take another step, I grabbed her by the hand and pulled her back, closer to me. Her body almost crashed into mine, and we were inches apart.

- Addison, what are you doing? - she whispered, I felt her warm breath against my face. My hand let go of hers and slowly traveled to her dark, straight hair, curling a piece of it with my finger.

- You didn't seem to mind it last time - I said, questioning her strageness to the situation. One of my eyebrows raised, and my mouth grew into a subtle smirk.

- Well last time was a mistake, it wasn't supposed to happen and it didn't mean anything - her hands laid on my shoulders and she lightly nudged back.

- But we can make it mean something this time, if you're willing to - I tried getting closer again, but she hesitated. My eyes rolled and I sighed - Look, meet me by that place in the forest after school's over and we can talk about this.

She grabbed me by the waist and connected our bodies, even closer than before. She placed her thumb on my lower lip and lightly dragged it down, while her other hand carved her nails into my skin. God, the thought of her doing other better things with that finger drove me insane. Her thumb gave place to her lips and she left a soft kiss there.

- I can't promise I'll be there, but if I show up, be ready. I will not let you leave until I'M done. Ok? - she husked, next to my ear, and my whole body was filled with goosebumps.
