Maze running (a tmr/ Newt fanfiction

Wicked is good.

I slept for the rest of the time deeply.

And then, after who knows how long, I woke up.

I was in a bed in one of the med-jack rooms.

Newt was there, holding my hand, asleep. His eyes were red, he looked like he'd been crying.

"Newt"

I try to say, but it comes as a whisper.

He jolts awake immediately.

"Bella.. Thomas told me you were going to die..." He said.

"I guess they failed" I chuckle.

His lips are on mine before I can process it.

I smile into the kiss.

"You don't know how much I've bloody missed you" he says.

"W- how long was I asleep?" I ask.

He sighs.

"Two and a half weeks"

"WHAT?!?"

"Yeah.."
He looks down.

Minho and Thomas come running down the hall, sliding childishly at the end.

"BELLAAAAAA!" They scream running at you and hugging you.

You laugh.

"You guys are affectionate" you say.

"We thought you were gonna die! Excuse us for being worried about our sister" says Minho.

Aww, he called me his sister.

Chuck and Frypan walk in, seeing me awake, and Chuck's eyes widen in excitement.

"BELLA!" He says hugging you, a tear rolling down his cheek. You feel yourself start to cry.

"It's okay, I'm alright now" you sob into his shoulder.

When you pull away, newt hugs you.

"It's okay, everything is fine now" he says comforting you.

"I know, I just don't know what I would ever do without you guys" you whisper, but loud enough so everyone can hear.

Gally walks in and smiles at you. He takes your hand.

"Good to see you again, bel" he says smiling.

"You too, Gally" you say.

Aww, sorry don't kill me! I know it was a short chapter, but I just wanted it to be cute like everyone seeing her after waking up and stuff.

I thought the part with Gally was cute too, because like, despite the past, they're still friends.
