Maze running (a tmr/ Newt fanfiction

The maze

I wake up, to Minho shaking me and Newt awake.

I look outside.. It's still dark.

"What the shuck do you want?" I ask as Newt sleepily rubs his eyes.

"First day as a runner today, remember?" He asks.

"Oh, shuck, I forgot" I say.

"Alright, get out and let me change, I'll meet you outside the map room in ten minutes" I say sleepily getting up as he walks out and closes the door behind him.

I get up, and pull my loose t-shirt off and I pull on a redish tank top and some black shorts.

I sit back on the bed where Newt was, and I took his hand.

"Newt... What's the REAL reason you don't want to come into the maze?" I whisper.

He looks down.

"A while back.. Before you got here... I.. I went into the maze and I climbed up those bloody walls and jumped" a tear rolls down his cheek and I lift my hand and wipe it away.

"I hated this place.. No one cared about me... No one loved me" he said.

"Oh, Newt" I whisper.

"Never, EVER try that again because now you don't have an excuse. I love you. I always will" I say.

"I love you too" he says.

"Alright, I gotta go... I'll see you later" I say walking out and heading to the map room.

We stay in the maze all day, and surprisingly, no problems.

When we notice it's getting dark, we head back to the Glade, through the south door.

Newt is already waiting for us, and when he sees me he smiles.

I run to him, and he wraps an arm around my waist.

A couple of weeks later, our cabin is finished.

We are supposed to move the bed and furniture in it, so when Newt wakes me up, we get breakfast and then head back to our room, we start moving our bed.

I open the door. It was a dark cabin, but it had a lot of Windows so it was lighter. It was really nice, much bigger than your old room.

I hold the door open for Newt as he walks in, and puts the bed down.

We spend most of the day moving out stuff from your old room to the cabin.

I am sitting in the lookout with Newt.

The sun is starting to go down, and i am sitting in his lap.

He lifts my chin up, and cups my face, and starts kissing me. I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss back. It stars to get more rough, more intense.

"Bella.. Do you wanna- go back to the cabin" he mumbles.

I nod, and we both climb down the ladder, and walk towards the cabin.

As the door closes, I lock it before being pinned against the door.

We walk slowly to the bed, not breaking our touch.

We gently fall onto it, and Newt pulls away.

"Are-are you sure you want to do this?" He asks. I nod.

He starts kissing me again, and slowly takes off my shirt, leaving me in my bra.

Soon enough, all of the clothes that were previously worn were now in a pile on the floor.
