Hey guys this is a book my sister and I are co-writing and this is will be the first draft, so once we finish this we will go through and edit it for the final draft. Karina's P.O.V-

Running, that's what I was doing I don't remember why or where, but I know I'm scared. I looked to my left and seen a tiny girl.... about 5 years younger then myself. She had long vibrant red hair, sad, tear filled eyes, flushed cheeks. She was wearing a dirty  deep crimson dress and bare feet

"Rina!!!!" A small voice exclaimed from my right, I look over to see another little girl, this one was only about a year younger than I. She was slightly taller then the other girl she has bushy/curly brown hair similar to my own. She was wearing a dirty navy blue dress also bare footed. She didn't look as scared as the youngest one, I could tell she was tryin to keep it together for me and our sister. As soon as I took in the scene around me I heard the yelling from angry people at the edge of the woods following where we just came from. That's also where the little girl on my right was pointing.

"It's ok T" I said as I grabbed her hand "I got us you just gotta trust me" I looked right into her eyes letting her know how serious I was and I picked up Kamryn and pulled her into my hip and I used my super human speed to get us as far away from the edge of the woods as I possibly could. I ran dragging my sisters with me til I seen a mountain with a cave up that looked like it had a flame inside of it glowing bright against the darkness of the sky.

"Ok T you gotta take kamryn for a minute ok?" I said coming to a complete stop setting little kamryn on the ground next to a tree "you both stay right here ok? I'm going to see if is safe up there" I said to them. After they both nodded and agreed to stay put I kissed both of their heads and turned around to scale the 20 foot wall of jagged rocks and edges to get to the place we could rest. I took a few deep breaths

'You gotta do this rina, you gotta be strong for the girls. They need you right now, don't let them down you got this, you got this' I thought to my self over and over again I sighed and ran at the wall full speed and jumped as hard as I could land a solid 12 foot up the wall, sighing in relief that I actually successfully got onto the wall I start to climb step my step I inched closer to the top always looking to make sure the girls hadn't moved.

After a few minutes of climbing I reached the top ledge where the cave was. I paused just below it listening to see if I could hear anyone or anything over the ledge, when I heard only silence I peeped just my eyes over the edge. To my surprise I seen nothing. Not wanting to leave the girls alone any longer then necessary I decide I'll get them up here then scout around more so I climb down the walls and start the girls up on climbing. Katirah has no issue with that she always was the more out doorway type so I decide just to put kamryn on my back so she was holding my neck and I climbed the wall for her. Once we got to the top I set kam next to the fire.

"Katirah I need you to do something ok?" I asked not trying to frighten her

"Rina I know how to keep lookout I used to do it when you would sneak out give me some credit will ya?" She fired back at me with a wink and a smile I ruffled her hair and smiled back with a nod as I turn around to start searching the area.

After a few hours we figured no one was coming back so we rummaged through the things that were there and found some food after a while we all laid down next to the fire and I just watch the 2 little ones sleep. After some time awake and alone I started to doze off unable to force my eyelids to stay open any longer my mind starts to drift into a peaceful blackness til it is snapped back to alert by a long back that echoed through the cave. I looked up to see and older woman with a gun and a cane. She has short curly gray hair, she herself was short and stout with one eye coved she looked at me with her remaining blue eye
