7 -Before Dinner

A/N Guy, so..... I wrote the song that is in this chapter.......

Alex's POV 

I poof back into the garage, and see everyone huddled by the couch. 

"Hey guys " I say

They all say hey back.

Then Julie steps out of the group circle they managed to form, and steps towards me. 

"So, my dad came into the studio and noticed the guys, and now you guys are invited to dinner tonight" She says. 

My eyes go wide, how the hell is this possible?

Ray shouldn't be able to see us, we're ghosts...well at least I think we are. 

My thoughts are going wild, and I begin walking back and forth.

"I think he's practice his model strut again" I hear Reggie whisper to everyone. 

"I can hear you you know" I say to him. 

I walk over to the group. 

"How are you guys not freaking out over this? We have to come up with a backstory, we have to think of everything,  like what we did back in where ever it was that Julie said we were from. " 

"Alex, calm down man" Luke says as he comes up to me and places his hands on my shoulders to calm down. And it works. 

I mouth a small thank you to him as he steps back to join the group as i come and join where everyone is standing. 

"Do you guys have a plan yet? or..." 

"Yeah. " Julie begins "So you guys are from Sweden, obviously, but you were originally from this neighborhood, and that's how I know you guys. You all moved over to Sweden about 10 years ago and we all lost touch. but at the beginning of these few months, I found you guys on tik-tok and that's how i got back in touch with you guys." Julie says. 

"Yeh, we thought we might, you know, make it seem as though we weren't complete strangers who found each other on the internet, so instead we thought of childhood bestfriends" Luke chimes in as he moves to stand next to Julie, again. 

"How long do we have?" I ask as i turn towards Julie. 

"About 20 minutes, so what do you guys want to do?" Julie asks 

"Ohhh how about we...." Luke begins to say, but he whispers it into Julies ear, and her eyes go wide at what he says, and she giggles lightly to herself.

"Luke, you know that that song isn't finished yet, so we cant do that." She says as she turns to him. 

"I know but, I like it so we should show that guys" He says as he stares at Julie and gives her his puppy dog eyes. 

she sighs "fine" she turns to everyone "Would you guys like to hear our new song?" she looks at us all and we all nod. 

She moves over to the piano, and Luke moves to his acoustic guitar, instead of his electric guitar, as usual.

They give each other before Julie begins to play a beautiful melody on the piano, as Luke begins to play something on his guitar. 

then Julie begins to sing.

" When ever I'm around you,

When you come close to me, I feel a need to laugh 

I just hope, you like me, the same way, because.....

Then Luke sings

I hope that you d,

please please don't leave me or i will feel blue."

then they both sing 

"You are all I need in life

You are the one thing that makes me smile,

When ever I'm around you,

I feel like I cant breathe.

When you come close to me,

I feel a need to laugh "

then they stop. 

"That's all we have so far.." Julie says.

Wait... they literally wrote a love song with each other, about each other, without even knowing it??? 

God, these two are so oblivious.

"That's really good guys" Flynn says 

"Ok, lets go to dinner guys " Julie says...

whelp, this is going to be ... interesting
